A lovely hotel. Very modern and ecoconscious. Had a fabulous breakfast included in our stay that was much appreciated. Popular with the river cruising companies so does get a little crowded in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel, in a lovely location. Out of town but easy to walk to sites and restaurants.
Spa was great, service in both the restaurant and sky bar was so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, with an excellent location and facilities. The room has a fabulous setup, and the balcony is a treat. The included breakfast is fantastic.
Juat a few things they could work on...
The beds and pillows were far too soft, so woke up with a bad neck, though this could be personal preference.
Ordering room service, the dessert didn't come woth the cream and couldnt contact the restaurant on the ohone to resolve.
The woman in the bakery was quite rude and insisted I previously spoke in Dutch tp her ans was confusing her - i only have "tourist" Dutch level so can confirm i didn't.
The spa was very confusing - I spent a long time trying ti figure out where to get a towel as there was nobody there, and when he did appear wasn't helpful at all.

Good size clean room with really comfortable bed. Nice choice at breakfast.
Helpful reception staff and easy to get into city centre via tram or bus.
The restaurant meal in the evening wasn't great and at times the hotel felt cold in the bar and also in the room

Eco-friendly boutique hotel ideally located in Amsterdam. Room had river view, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with bath & shower. Delicious breakfast included. Lovely lunch sat out on the sunny terrace. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The hotel and staff were so helpful. I had a few extra requests as I was proposing during the holiday and they very kindly sorted them which made our stay extra special. They went the extra mile and I really appreciate that. The hotel, room and views were outstanding. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous hotel, very clean and lovely interior. Only downside was nothing labelled at breakfast.. as a vegan I didn’t know what I could eat and the staff seemed confused as well, which was disconcerting. There was no hot breakfast for me. Should be promoting a plant based diet if the hotel wants to be considered truly green.
