A beautiful hotel. The staff were fabulous and made us feel very welcome. Food was gorgeous too. The room was lovely too except for one thing. The only negative for me was the room was very dark. I know the weather wasnt great but the lights in the bedroom were not the greatest. I would have liked it to be a bit brighter.

Everything was fab!! Courteous staff, super clean room, great breakfast, lovely sky bar and cocktails, excellent food in the restaurant, blissful treatments in the spa, good gym & swimming pool …and the architecture and sustainability approach were amazing.

Lovely friendly staff, good sized room that was well laid out, thoughtful touches in the room, slippers/robes, iron/hairdryer and coffee making facilities, lovely breakfast with plenty choice and special dietry choices to, the swimming pool/spa/gym looked great, we were sight seeing and didnt have time to use, would stay again

Great atmosphere in this hotel. Rooms are modern and sufficiently equipped. I don’t like ,glass-room-toilets’. Spa is ok, some people ignore the rules of the sauna. Breakfast is decent, but nothing special

This hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious. Loved how it was walking distance to a bus stop. Highly recommend.

Absolutely faultless. The hotel was beautiful, the decor and styling is amazing. The rooms were spotless and the beds are so comfortable and big. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. Check in/check out process was so seamless with the online forms. Took a few minutes to fill in (I did it on the way to the hotel) and when we arrived at the hotel we were checked in in under 5minutes. The gentleman at the reception allowed us to enter our room early which was amazing as we had an early flight. He took up our luggage and it was waiting for us when we got to the room. The breakfast had lots of options for all dietary requirements and was always fresh and lovely! Tea making station was a nice touch, a tea lovers dream. The spa is great also, I HIGHLY recommend the Balinese massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. The pool area was nice and clean but the water is rather cold so couldn’t really enjoy it unless you’re planning on swimming laps. The restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced, you can also have it as room service which is nice if you want a quiet night. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel which takes you straight to Central Amsterdam in about 10mins, also a tram which is a short walk over the bridge. All in all this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel’s unique architecture and lush greenery create an incredibly peaceful and inspiring atmosphere right in the heart of the city.
