Hotel incroyable! Depaysement total Chambre 5 etoiles Personnel au Top. Restaurant indonésien au Top!

Hotel was great. We did have issues with having towels in our room, but they brought them right away everyday. The hotel is a 30 min walk to train station, and there is only one restaurant close by besides the one in hotel.

Great location. Unique architecture. Excelente service. The breakfast is good. The only thing I was not too impresed was the bathroom design. You feel You are taking a shower in the middle of an empty room. No grabbars.

The breakfast and other meals there were tasty and fresh. Our room was comfortable and the location and design of the building made staying here a treat. I was not aware of an airport shuttle and did spend allmost 100 euro on a taxi from the airport.

Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a scent piped through the motel which was too strong for me. I prefer no scent additives because it irritates my nose. The breakfast was good but dinner was sub par. All in all a good stay.

This was a very modern and nice hotel. It's so modern though that lighting is very limited in the guest rooms.

Top Lage auf Java Island mit Mega Aussicht auf das Wasser und dem Kreuzfahrtterminal, gute Busanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, obwohl wir die Wow-Suite hatten. Zimmerservice war gut. Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, da hätten wir schon mehr erwartet. Gerade die Lautstärke beim Frühstück ist schon wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. 40€ Parkgebühr ist schon mehr als happig. Die Tiefgarage ist dafür allerdings sehr sauber, hell und große Parkboxen. Das ganze Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt nicht zu 100%.

The hotel itself is well presented and stylish, with very good facilities and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the restaurant and the level of service provided by the staff. During our meal, we were served a glass that had what can only be described as residue resembling snot on the side. When we brought this to the waitress’s attention, she simply took the glass away and poured the same water into a new glass. A more experienced staff member would have replaced both the glass and the water entirely. The situation worsened when we ordered a grilled chicken club Jakarta sandwich, but what arrived was a basic processed chicken toastie—something comparable to a quick grab-and-go item from a coffee chain. At that point, we chose to leave rather than wait longer for a correction, especially as the manager seemed confused about our complaint, despite it appearing we had been served the wrong dish. Overall, the restaurant and staff significantly tainted what could have been a great stay. Additionally, the hotel’s distance from the central train station made getting to and from the city inconvenient. The cost of Ubers quickly added up, and in hindsight, it would have been better to book a hotel closer to the centre.

Breakfast was average. Cooked breakfast was poor for the price. Pleasant staff and OK facilities. Little bit out from the centre. Ca 1km. Felt like hotel was for American tourists who were flown into to Schipol

Great breakfast and food. Beautiful. Super friendly staff. Tess went and beyond… this stay made our trip extra special… only Thing that could be better is the bikes…

Zu wenig Auswahl bei dem Kissen zum schlafen. Matratze sehr ausgelegen und hart.

Leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprechend. Übergetockneter Köse . Keine Auswahl. Eier nicht durchgebraten . Die Bar haben wir nicht besucht .

Lovely hotel just outside the city centre. So ready to navigate into Central station. Super rooms overlooking the Amstel river. Breakfast superb. Dinner nice too (large portions) Pool and gym although small. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff were super lovely and nice. Hotel atmosphere calm and serene. Breakfast was refreshing and satisfying. Would have benefited from being told when the upstairs bar had private events therefore closed. Overall very lovely. Very clean room and would return.

Værelserne var okay, men ikke mere end det når Man tænker på prisen. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum. Ca. 4 km. Desværre havde vi en meget dårlig oplevelse i restauranten med en aftensmad der var langt under middel. Lang ventetid på maden. Dårlig uopmærksomme tjenere og værst af alt maden var elendig. Dårlige forretter med retter der kom direkte fra frost og som blev serveret i en stor bunke. Hovedretterne kom efter vi havde rykket flere gange og de var ikke værd at vente på. Anden var sej, og retten med rejer var serveret uden smag og med helt udkogte grønsager. Jeg har aldrig fået så dårlig mad på et 4 stjernet hotel. Jeg brokkede mig selvfølgelig og de var søde og tog det seriøst. Vi fik hovedretterne gratis (vi spiste dem heller ikke) og så fik vi en gratis drink på deres skybar. Så de var søde og opmærksomme og undskyldte og det var godt. Men som sagt, det var et plaster på såret for en dårlig middag. Deres morgenmad har meget stort udvalg men kvaliteten er ikke som jeg ville forvente for et så højt bedømt hotel

This is an amazing hotel with fantastic views, the friendliest staff and the food is truly exceptional. Undoubtedly some of the best of the trip.
