This hotel DOES NOT have air conditioning. They will bring you a fan with ice. Fancy 8th floor bar was booked for private parties every night so we never got to use it but we’re treated to the thumping music. Service staff were exceptional. Included breakfast was lovely and had a huge selection. Restaurant was decent. Nothing extraordinary.

Very welcoming hotel, received a welcome drink and had a very clean hotel room. The pool and spa area is a nice added extra. Breakfast was 10/10 plenty of choice.

Designed like a treehouse hotel with what I assume are native Indonesian trees and plants in the center, the room was comfortable and functional. The restaurant served a nice buffet breakfast and the menu offered good if simple Indonesian dishes. The pool was nice, large enough to do laps, but the gym was very small. Overall a very pleasant stay, I would stay again.

We loved the beautiful peaceful rain forest, the spa with mint water, the restaurant with excellent Indonesian food overlooking the water, the small bakery and sandwich shop, the spacious room, and the location. The hotel feels modern and new, and the rooms are fresh and clean with canal views. This was one of my favorite hotels stays ever.

Pelas fotos o hotel parecia ser ótimo, mas pessoalmente tudo muda. A localização é um pouco fora de mão. As toalhas do nosso quarto cheiravam óleo. Chegamos no quarto e para nossa surpresa, o frigobar vazio, sem nenhuma garrafa de água, o mínimo esperado em hotel que se diz 4 estrelas e meia. No checkout a atendente foi rude com meu marido, ele estava servindo água, pois estava com sede, ela pediu que ele não se servisse de maneira imediata. O hotel tem potencial, mas com certeza, se encaixaria melhor em padrão 3 estrelas. Elevadores lentos e congestionados.

Un hôtel vraiment incroyable le design intérieur est a couper le souffle, le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute une petite coupe de champagne nous attend à notre arrivée vraiment bien situé et une vue vraiment superbe

Anbefalelsesværdigt hotel! Vi tilbragte en enkelt overnatning på hotellet. Vi blev budt velkommen af meget imødekommende personale. Værelset var velindrettet og med alle nødvendige fornødenheder og meget rent. Gode senge, puder og dyner. Morgenmaden var lækker og med bredt udvalg af både mad og drikke og på trods af, at vi kom kl. 9, var der velfyldt i buffeten og ingen ventetid. Placeringen tæt på Tram 26, som går direkte til Central Station, er helt perfekt og nem parkering med bil i hotellets tilhørende parkeringskælder. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel, som vi gerne kommer tilbage til ☺️

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel mit einem anderen Stil hat uns gefallen.

Hadde forventet en litt mer spennende frokost. Men alt i alt god mat. Bør informere om skatten du må betale per overnatting. Den var dyr.

This was hands down one of the best stays we have had in a long time. The location is perfect to enjoy the best of Amsterdam, but still have a feeling of relaxation and peace, coupled with the incredible hotel amenities, friendly staff and incredible views - we highly recommend you consider Hotel Jakarta for your stay in Amsterdam. We genuinely are sad we had to go home!!

great hotel, rooms are large and clean, excellent showers. Try the wellness center. my wife and I enjoyed a massage and a dip in the pool. Breakfast was over the top, visit the bakery, best bread around we ate in the restaurant 2 nights as we were too tired to go anywhere. It was excellent, had a martini in the roof top cocktail lounge, what a view of the harbor each of the staff was friendly and accommodating. If we end up in Amsterdam again, we would stay again.

Love the Jakarta Hotel Amsterdam. Perfect state of the bedsheets, bathroom, and the functionality of the shower. The service was prompt and the staff handled a specific issue well. Good quality of the Wi-Fi, pool, and breakfast fresh and had good variety. The room apacious, quiet and it offered a great view. The proximity to local transport, attractions, or dining is perfect. The Malabar is a must!!

Very friendly staff. Good check-in and very efficient when it came to changing our room because of the road noise (booming as vehicles went over the joins in the road surface). Guests need to be aware of this when booking their rooms on the bridge-side of the hotel.

Great hotel with an amazing and friendly staff. So much cool environmentally conscious technology. The hotel is very sleek and modern looking, very clean and the amenities were great, such as the pool and spa (we got a massage and it was heavenly). The breakfast served each morning had a lot of great, well-balanced options. I loved the cafe connected to the hotel, such great lattes and treats. If you're trying to be price conscious on a trip to Amsterdam, this hotel is a great option without sacrificing a quality stay. We learned how to use the bus 43 and tram 26 stops close by to the hotel with having no context of them or Amsterdam's public transit system prior to our trip. Both were very easy to navigate into the heart of the city once we got the hang of it after the first day. The only opportunity I would say is despite the beds being comfortable, the comforters in the room provided a lot of warmth and I wish we could have cooled our room temp down a little more. Overall, would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is beautiful. The bed in the room mattress was uncomfortable and kept shifting on the bed. The room sound traveled and I could hear people in the night and hear all the doors in the area slam
