Great property. On the water and very welcoming. Perfect staff, spacious comfortable room. Modern and well appointed bath. Fitness facilities. Dining was above par for business hotel. Fresh and felt like home away from home.

Lovely waterfront hotel, great staff from front of house, bar, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable room, great sleep. 10 minute walk to the metro straight into the central station.

The hotel is lovely, room was a good size and I loved the nespresso machine and pukka tea. Unfortunately I found the pillows were not very good. The gym is small but well appointed. Location is ok- 20mins from centre - 10mins walk to the metro from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a good location from public transport. But my body got eaten up in my room and I reported it (included photos) and there was no response/solution. I really liked the hotel but I wouldn’t recommend staying at a place where you wake up with bites and welts on your body.

The property was ok. However, we had a leak in our sink which they fixed immediately and the ac was not cooling. They tried several times to fix it but it never cooled. They didn’t offer a room change . :-(

On edge of town. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.15-20 walk to train station. Easy access to central Amsterdam. Limited restaurants. One small superette 20 min walk. Quiet. Nice bar area. Small restaurant.
