Room is exactly as expected, well maintained, clean and cozy. Small but enough for up to 2 pax. Location is central in the city and the airport bus stop is within less than 50m. Walking distance to tourist office and other major attraction. Nice top floor overlooking the bridge and view of the city.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view across the harbour. The staff were all friendly, and it's a great location being an easy walk to the town centre, the bus station, the harbour, plus a lot of the coaches for day trips picked up from the front door.

Fantastic location, a little disappointed that the pub next door owned by the Raddison wouldn’t let my 18 year old son in due to licensing laws, even though we said he wouldn’t be drinking, but that aside great hotel 👍

The management. We checked in all went well and when we got to the bedroom we noticed the safe was locked so I called front desk to report it and they said someone will come in about 20-30 minutes. I said ok. No one came and after 30 min I called again and got same response after the 3rd time they said they are busy and only the front desk staff can come. We had to go out so we took our valuables. Came back around 6 pm over 3 hours after we reported it and someone was in our room sorting it. Next day we went out for the afternoon and returned back around 4:30 and found the safe open with all our valuables in a plastic bag. Called reception and they said they sent someone to unlock the safe as it was reported the previous day by the customer who checked out they they could not unlock it. I told her why did they enter the room when we were not in . She had not explanation and said the manager had left for the day and I can speak to him in the morning. I was shocked. I raised an issue with the manager the next morning and he said he was sorry they had new staff so not trained or something like this. I asked what they will do to compensate for my stress? He said he will add points to my membership!!! Do I really want to stay again in a Radisson?? I suggested they pay for us to get a taxi to the airport and he just shrugged. Very sad as the Hotel was otherwise good breakfast and facilities great location. Same the management is not good.

The first night we were allocated a double room when we had requested a twin room. The bathroom shower cubicle only had one out of two doors which meant the room flooded when a shower was taken. The bathroom bin had not been emptied from the previous occupant. (On request we were moved to a better room the next morning ) The hotel offer free tea and coffee in the foyer but this was only available one day out of our three day stay. The foyer tables were not cleared or cleaned. Not a 4 star hotel

Firstly, would like the note that the location was spot on in the central and easily accessible to everywhere, it’s a bonus! Check in and out, we had to wait quite long for someone to be there esp check out where there was only one person at peak period of 11 am ? They should have a check out drop keys box. There is no point checking in online if we still have to pick up keys but there is only one person at desk and he she had to run other errands. Breakfast was spot on delicious and spread was great 👍 what though that was unnecessary was the cups on the table where ppl will get them at the coffee machine. Also staff should not pick them from the mouth and laid on table. That’s just unhygienic but overall everything was amazing for breakfast! One of the best ever . Rooms were clean but abit tiny double. Did not get the upgrade joining radisson as first timer which is a shame. Sauna and gyms were excellent and shame no indoor pool which will be a bonus but th sauna view of the city is stunning. Overall I rate it 8/10 great place to stay

Spacious room on 8th floor with good view of harbour. We upgraded to standard sea view room when it was offered by hotel near our stay but got further upgraded to a spacious sea view on arrival. We did not eat in hotel so can’t comment on breakfast. Many bars and restaurants near by. Hotel on the AirPort Express route so transfer to and fro airport very easy. Also hotel used as a meeting point for many tours.

Very clean, the breakfast is FANTASTIC, and the staff are very friendly. My one issue is that on Christmas eve, Christmas day and New Year's, there wasn't a lot of restaurants open and the staff didn't know what options were avaliable. If a hotel isn't able to ensure their guests are fed, that's not a great thing. But otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!
