Kamar persis seperti yang diharapkan, terawat dengan baik, bersih dan nyaman. Kecil tapi cukup untuk 2 orang. Lokasi pusat kota dan halte bus bandara berjarak kurang dari 50m. Berjalan kaki ke kantor turis dan atraksi utama lainnya. Lantai atas yang bagus menghadap ke jembatan dan pemandangan kota.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view across the harbour. The staff were all friendly, and it's a great location being an easy walk to the town centre, the bus station, the harbour, plus a lot of the coaches for day trips picked up from the front door.

Fantastic location, a little disappointed that the pub next door owned by the Raddison wouldn’t let my 18 year old son in due to licensing laws, even though we said he wouldn’t be drinking, but that aside great hotel 👍

Room was nice and good size. Bathroom needs updating and is badly designed, the toilet gets saturated while showering. The breakfast is good when they have a chef making omelettes and pancakes but he’s not always there (short on staff I believe). Good location.

Very clean, the breakfast is FANTASTIC, and the staff are very friendly. My one issue is that on Christmas eve, Christmas day and New Year's, there wasn't a lot of restaurants open and the staff didn't know what options were avaliable. If a hotel isn't able to ensure their guests are fed, that's not a great thing. But otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Hazzel at checkin, crowded breakfast and empty minibar, not even sparkling water was available to but in the minibar. I understand NYE is busy so then maybe stock up the minibar if roomservice can not manage

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein tolles Zimmer mit einem super Ausblick bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr viel. Für jeden was dabei. Es war nur einfach sehr voll aber zum Neujahr wahrscheinlich normal.

An efficient, clean and well located hotel with spacious family rooms and lots of variety at breakfast. Lots of the tour operators are close by. The housekeeping staff were great and not intrusive. The main drawback of the hotel is how busy and noisy it is, with predominantly Chinese tourists making very loud video calls on their phones everywhere (and at breakfast) and generally queues at reception and lots of guests blocking the entrance all the time. Overall a good hotel but go somewhere else to feel a more authentic experience.

Rummen o hotellet gammalt och slitet. Inte alls i närheten av närliggande hotell eller matchande prisnivån tyvärr. Trapphus med dörr som smällde hela natten bredvid rummet. Svårt, nästan omöjligt att hitta gymmet som var väldigt litet.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lively hotel in a great location. Very clean and warm. Everything we needed was on hand. Breakfast was really good. Quality and choice of food was of a high standard and plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely hotel in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tromso.

Whilst the hotel is in a perfect location and the breakfast is great, the staff at both check-in and when approached for help during our stay were less than helpful and willing to assist. The hotel is also completely insecure, as anyone, without a room key can assess the entire hotel including taking the elevators or stairs up to the rooms, which made us feel worried during our stay. For the price point and the known chain, much improvement is needed.
