Clean modern European hotel located in the center of the city. Staff are efficient and keen to answer questions. The breakfasts have just about anything anyone would eat for that meal. We loved to borrow the bicycles to explore.

Room was nice, good size, comfortable bed. Blackout curtains worked very well. Lighting was dim, with no overhead light and rather weak lamps. The bathroom had a shower head above the tub, where we would prefer a walk-in shower.

Generally staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant staff were super friendly and efficient the gentleman from Hungary and young girl from Ukraine. Rooms were clean and comfortable.Wifi worked well. Car parking was free and convenient. All in all an excellent hotel.

Clean & Comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful- very good breakfast with lots of options. A couple of good restaurants are an easy walk 2-3 blocks away. Easy access to airport bus right at front door. All good!

Staff were very accommodating given our late arrival. It was closing time for the restaurant but they stayed open and served those those in need of something to eat. Breakfast was outstanding.

The breakfast was good. The rooms are basic, the Pool and sauna are nice but the sauna was off were off and had to be manually turned on and we waited on it to heat up. We took 2 bikes to tour the town and one had no brakes fortunately we did not injure ourselves and had to walk instead!!

Perfect place to stay before catching our cruise. The front desk man was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the city center and is close to several restaurants and a small grocery store. There is a restaurant that had a wonderful breakfast. The room had blackout curtains which helped darken the room during the midnight sun. The room was a little warm but we opened the window. You can walk to the ferry port, but a taxi is much easier.

It was a rare hot day and 5th floor room was too hot to sleep for a long rime. The window opened but no way to get the cool air in. A simple small fan added to the room to place by the window would have made all the difference. I realize no need for A/C here.

A nice sized room, friendly, professional staff, a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant and a fabulous breakfast buffet after a great night's sleep. The area is a little blah, not much too do, but the hotel was a happy surprise.

This hotel was a clean, warm choice for our one-night stop. Our flight arrived at 8.30pm, so the 9pm restaurant closing time was a little tight (and other dining options were limited), but thankfully the helpful staff were able to squeeze in a meal for us at the last-minute.

Great place to stay in Kirkenes. We arrived in the morning from the port so dropped our luggage in their large and secure luggage room and set off exploring. Check in was easy, staff were friendly. Fantastic room, very large and spacious, so much so we had to check if we had been upgraded! Large bathroom as well, with heated floor which was fantastic in February. We made use of the pool and sauna as well, just have to get a key card from reception to access.
