Liked the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant. My wife ordered the prawns and pasta dish. The prawns were tiny shrimp, not prawns and were overcooked and rubbery. We informed the waiter and he apologized and removed the dish from our bill. We had just eaten prawns on a Hurtigruten cruise. Quite a difference. The Smash burger and fries however were awesome. Suggest you change the name of this pasta dish to Shrimp and Pasta as using prawns is misleading

The staff are very kind and helpful! Good location，easy to find and the airport bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

We arrived in the morning, so were not expecting our room to be ready as advertised. However we were offered an immediate room for an extra payment of 200 NOK. If a room was available why couldn''t we have it then?
The gentlemen on reception were efficient without being particularly friendly. The lady who dealt with the bar and restaurant was lovely

All very nice. The restaurant is really good and the staff are very helpful. Plenty of instant hot water too for the bath and shower!
