Clean modern European hotel located in the center of the city. Staff are efficient and keen to answer questions. The breakfasts have just about anything anyone would eat for that meal. We loved to borrow the bicycles to explore.

Hurtigrutenでキルケネスに下船後宿泊しました。港からホテルまでバスが出ておりアクセスは良好です。またホテルに午前10時頃に到着しましたが、すぐに部屋に通してもらえてとても助かりました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で感じが良かったです。また機会があれば滞在したいと思います。

場所は、船着き場から市内行きのバスの終点で降りた交差点の対角にあり、空港行きのバスは玄関前に停まるという好条件である。部屋は広めのビジネスホテルという感じ。朝食は充実していたが、船で食べ飽きた朝食と殆ど同じ内容であり笑ってしまった。しかし、これがノルウェー朝食の定番であることも悟った。

小さな町ですが中心に位置し、空港バスも、船（Hurtigruten）の送迎バスもホテルに立ち寄るので便利。豪華さではThon Hotelにかないませんが、快適な部屋と朝ごはんがメインであればこちらで十分です。

ローケーションは最高。snow hotel行き,ムルマンスク行きのバスがホテルの目の前に止まってくれるのでとても便利。ただ部屋の冷蔵庫がタバコの灰で汚れていて汚く臭かったのが残念。入れておいた食べ物まで臭くなった。

Clean & Comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful- very good breakfast with lots of options. A couple of good restaurants are an easy walk 2-3 blocks away. Easy access to airport bus right at front door. All good!

Room was nice, good size, comfortable bed. Blackout curtains worked very well. Lighting was dim, with no overhead light and rather weak lamps. The bathroom had a shower head above the tub, where we would prefer a walk-in shower.

The breakfast was good. The rooms are basic, the Pool and sauna are nice but the sauna was off were off and had to be manually turned on and we waited on it to heat up. We took 2 bikes to tour the town and one had no brakes fortunately we did not injure ourselves and had to walk instead!!

Valuta for pengene! Et nøkternt rom men med alt vi trengte. Vil fremheve gode senger og romslig bad med badekar. Frokosten var rikholdig og vel tilbredt og vi kunne smøre med lunsjboks for en rimelig pris. Veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personale.

Generally staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant staff were super friendly and efficient the gentleman from Hungary and young girl from Ukraine. Rooms were clean and comfortable.Wifi worked well. Car parking was free and convenient. All in all an excellent hotel.

Perfect place to stay before catching our cruise. The front desk man was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the city center and is close to several restaurants and a small grocery store. There is a restaurant that had a wonderful breakfast. The room had blackout curtains which helped darken the room during the midnight sun. The room was a little warm but we opened the window. You can walk to the ferry port, but a taxi is much easier.
