The place is nice, especially the pool. It'd be better if the restaurant's menu offers a wider range of options.

Stuff are awesome!they are great! but meal and the price for the hotel are expensive! way far from a 3 star hotel and I think they are not even a 3 star hotel.
This is one of the best resorts I have been to. I definitely recommend this one! Very accommodating and superb welcoming. Loved the facilities! Its worth the price! Thumbs up! Keep it up Aureo! Will definitely go back with my friends again!
- Family vacation
A balinese-inspired resort with nice rooms, infinity pool, and a clean beachfront. Will definitely be back with my family.

Nice beach resort
We stayed at this hotel for mother birthday celebration and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff give us a welcome drink when we arrived. The hotel are clean and good security. Although some amenities are still in the process of completion, we found the beach-resort set up of the hotel quite pleasing, comfortable and truly enjoyable.

Nice Place!
Just stayed here last night with my colleagues.😊 The hotel is fairly new so everything looks clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were classy, all rooms had their own balcony/veranda and all the staff were friendly.😊 My only concerns were: they only issue 1 key card per room (they wont give an extra key even if we asked for it) and their breakfast buffet was not so good (Rice, Tocino & Danggit) plus you can only get at the buffet table once. But that's just it, the rest was good!😊

The Best Customer Service Experience
Me and my girlfriend went to Aureo last September 23-24. It was a post-anniversary celebration and I wanted to find a nice cozy place for us to chill and have a special time together. I discovered about Aureo through Agoda (though after going to their website, I found out that booking on their website was 500 Php cheaper). I called their office to check if they still have rooms for the weekend. I told Krika, the reservations officer about the occasion and she emailed me her suggestions. I booked a pool-front room with specific set-ups (they can spread rose petals on the floor and put a number of roses on the bed). I also booked a private dinner (depends on the weather condition but you have the option to do it on the beach or pool-side). I had a lot of questions and requests and their reservations officer was very accommodating. We commuted going there. We rode Partas (all their buses pass by their San Fernando Terminal in La Union; they have trips almost every hour; travel time is 5 hours with one 20-minute stopover). We rode a tricycle after dropping off at their terminal. We arrived at the resort around 7am. When we arrived, from the guards, the staff and up to their receptionist, they were all smiling. We approached their receptionist, and told them about our reservation (check in time was 2pm). We got our complimentary drink and cold towel. We ate at their resort food was good and it was satisfying (I have a big appetite). We roamed around the resort. They are not cutting corners with their facility, When it comes to security, they have a guards posted on all entrances 24/7. CCTV is also monitoring the whole resort and there's wifi and signal boosters all around. All their units are on the ground floor (for those who hate stairs). It seems like their staff has undergone customer service training. We were able to check-in at 9am. When I approached the reception office again, I was able to meet a member of their HR office there. She shared with me the plans to expand the resort (too long to expound, but it is awesome!), and they will be having a soft opening of the resort around 2nd week of November. Anyway, Lhea from HR suggested that we use the Gazebo for the private dinner because of the weather. She also suggested that they will have a live band playing at 6pm and if I was interested in having them play in our dinner before they perform in the restaurant (of course I said yes!). IT WAS MAGICAL! The band (Joan, Moss and Paul) were very good. My girlfriend was emotional the whole time, it was the best experience we've ever had and Joan's voice was very magical. It felt like we were the only ones in the resort. After the dinner we did a night swim. The pool is open until 10pm, and we could hear the band from the restaurant (The best!). Their resto is also open until 10pm. We spent the next day at the beach and pool (5 ft is the deepest). From the time when we were welcomed until the time we checked out, we had a blast with their customer service. Kudos to their staff for their service!

Terrible, overpriced food
My wife and I ate lunch here on October 4. It was unsatisfactory in every respect (well, the service was OK). The menu offers few choices and the prices are high. The food was very bad -- not even one-star.. I ordered a hamburger. It arrived: a beef patty on a dry bun with a piece of wilted (= old) lettuce. I had ordered cheese (50 pesos)-- and received a slice of cheap processed cheese. I had ordered bacon (110 pesos) and received some bacon bits sprinkled on top of the patty. The "hamburger' was not worth 60 pesos, never mind 600 (!). My wife requested some gravy for her mashed potatoes: the kitchen refused to provide it. She had to order chicken adobo just to get some gravy. She reported that her pina colada was mere pineapple juice. This restaurant needs a new chef!

Birthday Getaway in La Union
Staff was very accommodating and very friendly. It has a very chill vibe with not much noise from neighboring households. Food is also good (except for the breakfast where Tapa is nowhere to be found despite it being on the menu) but a bit pricey. Except from Tapa, Chicken is also unavailable when we checked in. There could've been more variety with their menu. The room was exquisite! I couldn't say anything bad about it except for the power outage (which I'm sure isn't their fault). We were situated in front of a gorgeous garden with Lanai. Smoking areas could've been placed elsewhere but NOT at the parking areas. I understand the smoke ban is in it's full force but the management could've thought of something more guest friendly. I mean people get coffee/alcohol and smoke at the same time. You can't expect people to walk outside with their cups/cocktails... but they did. I do not recommend this to people who would tour around La Union. Tricycles are hard to get from this area specially at night time and the hotel driver isn't available for some reason.
