Great staff. Excellent service. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pools are good especially for kids. Food is not so great (we got a an undercooked pizza after waiting for 1 hour). There are plenty of flies which they could not control. It would be good if they put screens on their restaurants. The flies were really annoying, in fairness to the staff, they try to clean the place as much as they can but it was not really enough to stop the flies. Also, the breakfast include dried fish and shrimp paste which attract more flies. There are also electrical junction boxes next to the kids pool which are probably for the lighting, potential safety hazards which should be fixed. Some chipped tiles next to the infinity pool in the Villas which should also be fixed. They should also fix the road leading to the entrance and add more signs, report the flickering street light nearby. Other than those, it was a great place.

We had a pleasant stay here. The resort is commendable, we definitely comeback soon. Thank you for the good service and approachable staffs till next visit. Really deserve a thumbs up! 😊. Congratulations.

Aureo Resort is such a serene place. We celebrated our anniversary here and I think it 's the best choice since the place is not crowded even on a holiday. The food is just average but what we love the most is their swimming pool! We totally enjoyed swimming at night. The staff are very accommodating too. We'll come back here next time with our furbaby since Aureo is a pet friendly resort:).

This one the perfect place to relax, I super duper love the place! Staffs are so friendly and accommodating. The downside is limited choices on buffet breakfast and expecting more since accommodation was quite pricey. But will definitely go back again. 😊

We chose to stay in Aureo La Union hoping to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle. To be honest, we are a bit hesitant because it’s in San Fernando and not in San Juan, and also because it’s expensive, but still, we gave it a shot. For commuters, finding the place is easy. From San Fernando City, ride a tricycle, and tell the driver to drop you off at Aureo La Union. Upon check in, you are required to deposit P2000. They will also offer you cold drinks while waiting. The drinks tasted good, but we noticed that the glasses smelled. When everything’s settled, they will accompany you to your room and will even bring your luggage for you. They will give you 2 keycards, one for the power, and one for you for you to carry around whenever you leave the room. The room is good and spacious. It is very clean as well and everything you might need is already there inside. We encountered water interruptions, but glad it didn’t took too long. The Coast Bar and Restaurant is great. The breakfast selection is equally wonderful, especially that it comes with an exceptional view. The restaurant offers a variety of food to choose from. Not cheap but we can say they will be worth it. The food tastes good and fresh and the serving is definitely for sharing. Amenities are amazing as well. You get what you paid for. The place is definitely worth its price. The staff and service are equally amazing. They will greet you whenever you passed by them or whenever they see you. Overall, we had a really, really great time here. Glad that we chose Aureo. Our experience here is one of the best. Will definitely recommend this place to people who just want to chill and just enjoy the sea. Will surely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were wonderful and we’ll definitely be coming back. Lavatory faucet is leaking during our stay and have informed the front desk. Their maintenance came to check and tried to repair it. It still leaked and was advised it will be repaired thoroughly upon our check out. Other than that our overall stay was something noteworthy.

The resort is a great place to stay in San Fernando. It is well maintained. Aside from the beach, there are 2 swimming pools to enjoy as well. The room is big facing the pool and have a view of the beach. My only concern is that the floor of the room is dirty and cant walk barefoot. Be careful also with the hot and cold shower as the temperature changes even if you are not changing the settings. The options served at breakfast is limited and not buffet. Overall, I enjoyed the place and would definitely come back.

The room was so spacious, cozy and neat. Awesome view and very relaxing. Good sunset, we really enjoy our anniversary vacay. We already missed aureo, Definitely! We’ll visit again your paradise hotel.

We got 3 rooms here and arrived by lunch time, we went around, the place is nice, room is clean, definitely child friendly, staff was courteous. Housekeeping is slow we got 2 rooms 30 minutes late, with the sweltering heat, the babies are cranky from the travel and the lobby was full of people checking in as well. 3rd room we got an hour late 🙄 no welcome drinks whatsoever as stated in other reviews. Food needs improvement.

Me and my partner really had a great time during our 3D/2N stay in Aureo. All the staff were really courteous and really made us feel welcomed. They had 2 pools and lots of lounge chairs by the shore and an awesome beach! Do not, however, expect much from their free breakfast buffet.

Location is good, room and facilities are okay. Food, something that can be improved.

not so friendly staff, we are staying here now and for the next 2 days but we'll make sure we will enjoy it despite of their not so friendly staff. (1) staff were not well trained compared to other hotels (2) rooms were not available - imagine you drove for 10 hours then you still have no rooms (3) not organized, you can see on how they interact with other clients. (4) when we finally checked-in our pillows have stains and smells bad (5) some of the Front Desk officers will take it negatively and too personal, they will even raise their eyebrows.

The place is nice, especially the pool. It'd be better if the restaurant's menu offers a wider range of options.
