Business travel
This place is definitely awesome. The staff and great service are on top of the list of what makes this place awesome. There is always someone ready to assist you with a smile. We were upgraded to a deluxe garden room upon check in because the deluxe rooms were fully booked. The fact that the place is packed with foreign tourists tells a lot about the place. The room is spacious and the bathroom is quite roomy too. I'm happy with any hotel or resort that has a good bathtub. But this resort has a mini bar that is free of charge on the first night. We were impressed with the vast area, landscape, and maintenance of the facilities. The beach front is not too wide, but we enjoyed the snorkeling experience because there were plenty of fishes swimming near the shore. There were several pools to try; however, one area was under renovation during our stay. We ate lunch and dinner at the Azure Beach Club, and had breakfast at Saffron. The food is good and surprisingly not overpriced, like in other beach resorts. I wish we had the chance to try the spa, gym, and sports bar. Maybe during our next stay.

Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan is a sprawling six hectare sanctuary surrounded by emerald waters and ivory sand. Designed for romantic getaways and family vacations, the resort boasts 40 expansive villas with plunge pools, 250 guestrooms, three concept restaurants and bar, two swimming pools, and a massive children’s active play area.

The resort’s villas are a favorite choice for couples or other intimate vacations. The 115 square meter space comes with a receiving area, four-poster bed, a private plunge pool, and breathtaking views that stretch across the Hilutungan Channel.

The 44 square meter Deluxe Garden Rooms are a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers. Each modern room comes complete with WiFi internet access, complimentary one-time minibar, en suite bathroom with soak in tub, a work desk and even a pocket garden to complete the tropical experience.

For meals, guests can choose between three of the hotel’s concept restaurants; Enye by Chef Chele Gonzalez serves Spanish Cuisine for a casual meal, Azure Beach Club for seaside views and sunset drinks, and Saffron Cafe for a complete dining experience. The hotel’s 24 hour room service is also a great option for a relaxing meal.

For activities, guests can lounge under the sun at the private beach, enjoy a good swim at the infinity pool, or try out a number of watersports. After a day of fun, the Aum Spa offers a collection of treatments perfect for weary travelers looking to relax.

The resort is a 20-minute drive to the Mactan-Cebu International airport, and is 15 minutes away from the international processing zones. Private boat trips to nearby islands such as San Vicente, Olango Island, Caohagan and Nalusuan can be arranged, and are only 20 to 40 minutes away from the resort.

• Face masks will be available for guests at the front desk upon request.

• All our guest rooms undergo thorough disinfecting and sanitizing with electrostatic sprayers.
• There are no back-to-back arrivals, rest assured all rooms and meeting spaces are sanitized 24 hours prior to your arrival.
• The rooms will have an official sanitized seal on the front door, toilet and other areas of the room.
• Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will now be part of room amenities.

High Traffic Areas
• Thermal checking and sanitizing foot bath mat will be placed in all entrance and exit areas of the hotel.
• Regular sanitation and social distancing for high traffic areas will be implemented.

Food and Beverage
• Managed buffet or room service delivery of packed meals and Bento Box options will be made available.
• There will be no direct contact between you and hotel associates when food is delivered to your room.
• To ensure social distancing in restaurant outlets is observed, tables are set up according to 4 guests per 10 sqm.
• Enhanced safety training is regularly done with hotel associates.

• Capacities of meeting rooms will change following correct social distancing.
• Heightened food sanitation practices are strictly implemented.
• As part of our new safety protocol, organizers will be required to list all attendees with complete contact details.
