Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. "If a booking was cancelled by the client because of a natural calamity such as typhoon resulting to Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement."
Mandatory Gala Dinner: Room rate on December 31, 2024 includes Mandatory Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room except for Family room (4 pax). If guests are less than the standard occupancy, 2 pax will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons. Extra person will also be charged accordingly.
