You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. "If a booking was cancelled by the client because of a natural calamity such as typhoon resulting to Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement."
Please be advised that a section of the Grand Wing Swimming Pool will be partially closed for renovations from May 15 to May 30, 2025. During this period, all other pools will remain fully operational. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Effective January 14, 2026, room rate on February 16, 2026 (Chinese New Year's Eve) stay date includes Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 persons in a room. If guests are less than the standard occupancy, two (2) persons will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons. Extra person will also be charged accordingly.
