Easy and fast check-in and check-out! Very walking distance from Ayala Malls - all the staff were very accomodating and allowed us to keep our lugagge until 5pm when we checked out at 1pm.

The rooms are not clean. Noise outside can be easily heard inside the room. If not for the location, I recommend booking to other hotels.

Not worth your money!
The single rooms for 995 are so small. No cabinet, no table or even just a chair. And the bathroom is full of ants and drain flies as well. The area is good. But i wont recommend this for a two or more nights stay overnight will do.

A Very Unusual Short Stay
If I may, I would like to start with these positive notes. Check-in and check-out is quick, very helpful and friendly staff and quick to respond to 'dire' emergency which I will discuss later. We stayed at Room 1 which is at the farthest end of the corridor. Pros 1. Modern room access system and basic amenities. 2. Good location if you have a lot of things to do in Ayala Centre. House of Lechon is nearby. 3. Free parking subject to availability. 4. Good and relaxing atmosphere. 5. Friendly, helpful, and happy staff. 6. It's surprisingly quiet, with quiet air conditioning system. Cons 1. No lift/elevator, so if you are carrying big and heavy luggage it's a bit difficult but the staff are there always ready to help. 2. The lobby wifi doesn't work during my stay. Maybe it is already past midnight. It's not really a big deal for me. 3. Paints are chipped on the bathroom walls. Yes, it's a budget hotel but those small things should be properly maintained.. 4. Some of the linens, while I'm sure they are clean, are not really encouraging to use because of discolouration. The tiles at the shower is slippery when wet, anti-slip safety mat would be nice. 5. It's a big room with a small window, fixed and with smoked glass. It would be better if it's a clear glass with a curtain to block it when it's needed. 6. The rate for the big room is a bit too much as there are other better option somewhere for the same price. I gave it a poor score because of a very unusual experience we had. We checked-in late, it's all good and quick, we dropped all our gear and went out for dinner at nearby Ayala Centre. Then we came back, to the biggest surprise of my 'staying-in-a-hotel' life, the toilet is full of ants and cockroaches of different sizes, crawling on the bathroom floor and some on walls. My room mate called for help while I frantically squish them one by one, the lady staff is quick to act on eliminating the critters but somehow ill-equipped as she don't have enough spray to use. But it was sorted nonetheless in no time. Well done, lady staff. I'm posting this experience for the establishment to address the issue and make it sure it won't happen again so their future guests could have a peaceful and more enjoyable stay. I could have given this hotel a better review if not for the critters episode. This is solely based on the experience we had during our stay.

Good location
Pros: Good location Ayala Mall is within walking distance House of Lechon is just on the next street Clean room & bathroom Same building with banks 7 eleven is within walking distance Security guard is friendly & helpful Receptionist is helpful & friendly Cons: They charge for early check in unlike other hotels that they let you check in once room is already available. I don't think they are even full. We stayed there July 6-8 and ask if we could leave our luggage since we will come back and stay in their hotel July 9-10. Was told by the staff that i have to pay P50 per luggage which is ridiculous. Other hotels would allow it without any charge Water pressure is very slow Internet in the room is very slow I don't think they have a generator. We have to bear staying there in the dark during black out. Stuffy inside the room. Would't stay here anymore even if location is good. There are still other hotels with good location.

DON'T BOOK HERE
I booked here specifically because it says free wifi at the hotel. What they don't tell you is that it's only in the lobby and not in the room. Then the router breaks down and then there is zero wifi anywhere. Then when you tell the staff you booked because it says free wifi. They say show me your booking that confirms you would get free wifi in the room. They take no responsibility for anything. Then the room is old and stale. The walls are painted white with lots of stains. The toilet seat is broken. The hotel is also on a very busy street so it is very loud. Go somewhere else near by like Diamond Hotel & Suites. They cost the same and provide wifi in the room and have nicer more homey rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also, people have said Philippines has bad wifi but I have stayed at other hotels that have perfectly good wifi like Diamond Hotel & Suites and The Gabriella Bed & Breakfast in Tagbiliarian. You would think a chain hotel would be able to pay for better wifi. I won't stay here again when I come back or any of the Islands chains.

Good accommodation and friendly staff
Stayed for 2 nights. The room is small but no complain since I booked for a single small room. Room itself is clean. Wifi good, able to skype. I appreciate the front desk night staff when I asked if they offer services like computer printing. For I desperately needed to print out important letters in the late night. With a minimal fee, was thankful for it than looking for where to print in the late night and me being not familiar around of Cebu. Hotel location wise is very convenient for my purpose. Also, just a walking distance to Ayala Mall. I suggest that maybe there should be a nonslip rubber mat in the bathroom. I would definitely stayed there again.
