I would first like to thank the wonderful staff at Montina, friendly, pleasant, helpful every one of them. The facilities were good, nothing fancy especially if one is used to Western standards but very comfortable, very clean, everything one would need including excellent A/C, comfy bed, very nice big, spacious shower, good lighting, nice, cold mini fridge, free drinking water and that was in a "budget room." Good restaurant with plenty of choices, ice cold beer at the open air bar/restaurant/pool area. Great roof top deck with really nice view of the town and ocean. Overall, I was impressed for my stay, 2nd place I've visited and stayed in the Philippines on a 6-8 month trip and I would recommend this property highly. For foreigners, especially many of my fellow Americans, as I've traveled now on my 5th continent, the Philippines and many other countries are not the same as you may be used to and things are just different. Please keep that in an open mind and you will have a great time.
Trés bon hotel, la chambre est spacieuse, la literie trés bonne, l'equipement est plus que correct (coffre fort,tv,clim,...). Le personnel au top , surtout les filles, toujours le sourire, toujours un petit mot gentil. Trés bien accueilli, le restaurant top, nous n'avons pas cherché à manger ailleurs, choix, prix, qualité. Une chose est sur j'y reviendrais et j'y resterais plus longtemps.
