Park Inn By Radisson Davao

Hotel was close by the Airport. Getting a grab there was alot more cheaper than the hotel's transport service especially if you're a solo traveller like I am. Hotel is right opposite the SM Mall which had plenty of places to eat, and activities to do within. Do check the opening hours of SM though. 7/11 convenience store is just across too for any snacks needed late at night. Room was big, spacious and clean. Room service and house keeping was great too. Leaving my room clean as always. Aircon was strong and cold in the hot humid city. Toilet and shower was spacious and nice too with toileteries and towel provided. Swimming pool was pretty especially at night with a bar for some drinks. Closes at 10pm. The gym was unfortunately under renovation so there was only a make shift gym in one of the rooms. It was had one bench, some free weights and a 2 cardio machines. Hopefully there'll be a better gym built for the future. Otherwise, there's an Anytime Fitness Gym that's 24/7 in SM across the hotel that is only accessible by a different door. Everytime I had to make a Grab booking, I had to cross over to SM Mall to ride it. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had issues with my TV, or when I requested for more ammenities. It was great that they had water dispensers along the corridors so that you don't have to depend on water bottles to drink. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem proactive about giving me a free upgrade even though I was entitled to with Expedia perks.

The location was really convinient. Our room had a water leak in the bathroom. The water covered a decent portion of the floor. Staff were notified and told us that they couldnt do anything about it. The staff also was not able to help us in getting a vehicle to the airport for our party of 5. He basically told us "good luck because it would be hard to get a taxi that early". Overall, very disappointed in the room condition and the staff's unwillingness or inability to help. The breakfast also was not worth the money.

I've stayed here before. This time the AC wouldn't cool below 24C. I guess its not bad, just got a little stuffy at night while trying to sleep.

1- The room smelled of mildew 2- The rules on dress for access to the restaurant are not transparent, they are rules that should normally apply to men and women. I don’t recommend this hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities provided. We all enjoyed the pool its only 4ft deep but very refreshing. It was brilliant having your own private walkway to the SM Mall. Would fully recommend this hotel will definitely be back again.

The room was comfortable. My overall experience was just awesome! From the staff to the breakfast buffet!!!! I’ll be back!

Nice stay! Only complaint was towels was erroneously forgotten daily basis. Once notified the hospitality corrected the issue.

Great Location

Broken items in rooms. Cushion seems to be missing from chair. Bed spring was in horrible condition! But staff were wonderful and food was great, although very expensive compared to mall food next door. All in all, a very pleasant stay and we definitely will stay there again. Favorite hotel in Philippines by far. Oh, the bridge to the mall was so fantastic to have!!!

Rooms are in severe need of updating. Excellent staff but need training on dealing with the needs of extended stay guests. The cafe staff were superior!

Nice location! We attended a 2day conference at SMX and this hotel is located right across SMX with a covered footbridge! Very convenient to go back to the hotel for a quick break from the conference. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Park Inn is always my hotel’s choice on Davao and so in Bacolod City. It is very convenient, very close to the mall when dining and shopping are other options to enjoy your trip. I enjoyed the breakfast, can’t resist the real chocolate drink and other delicacies which I missed where I came from.

Excellent hotel walking to SM Lanang.

Needs freshening up, carpets area lumpy now since our last stay in 2017. Total review of maintenance.

Staff in the front desk are not welcoming & hospitality. Waits for the guest to approach them and ask for help.
