I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 706. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent.
Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops.
The concierge, Ms. Julie and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble.

The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice.

Great location connected to major mall SM Lanang, near to everything including a Catholic church.
Service was very prompt, friendly and great. Coffee shop served good eats at reasonable prices.
Swimming pool on second floor good for a dip and some exercise.
Cleanliness topnotch! Not luxurious but good for seeing Davao City. Rooms quite basic, no pillow choices or bathrobes. Enough electrical outlets for gadgets.

疫情的經過並沒有讓這家飯店做更好的改善，依舊有著之前的缺點以及更嚴重的環境衛生欠佳.到底這家飯店還要不要繼續經營下去，都會反應在旅客的再住宿意願上.
雖然只有住宿一晚就出現了3-4隻的‘蟑螂‘’’
在房間各處！淋浴間磁磚與門框發霉當是沒看見嗎？洗手台水龍頭就要斷頭了！出水口像花灑一樣！毛巾浴巾簡直老舊又黑又灰到不行的疑惑？還能繼續給客人使用嗎？就連淋浴間的腳踏巾都沒有！
雖說不是星級飯店，但是基本的環境清潔是絕對不可以疏忽怠慢的.還有管理者對客人的提出更不能傲慢與無視！我們秉持公正的態度與飯店業者進行溝通.希望下次會有更好的改變.

Stayed for 2 days after traveling internationally. I messaged the hotel days before my trip about a refrigerator in the hotel room because have medication that needs to kept refrigerated. Arrived and refrigerator was not working. I asked for ice my insulated container to keep medication cool and they were trying to charge me for ice.

The staff are very helpful and are courteous.
The room was not properly prepared - booked a superior room but it lacks hair dryer, bath robes, squeaky toilet seat, bathroom door creates noise as you open or close it, one of the legs of the sofa bed is broken - loose screws, luckily no one got hurt.
The breakfast buffet is good, the food are delicious and enjoyed the Batirol experience.

Was fantastic... Really appreciate Narg, and Btuigas for their hospitality greeting me and my girlfriend while we stay there. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great to have such a close walk to the mall and restaurants! Made for a very lovely experience for us both
