I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 706. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent. Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Ms. Julie and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble.

The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice.

Arrived and refrigerator was not working. I asked for ice my insulated container to keep medication cool and they were trying to charge me for ice.

The room was not properly prepared - booked a superior room but it lacks hair dryer, bath robes, squeaky toilet seat, bathroom door creates noise as you open or close it, one of the legs of the sofa bed is broken - loose screws, luckily no one got hurt. The breakfast buffet is good, the food are delicious and enjoyed the Batirol experience. Thank you.

Park Inn used to be good the reason we stayed there every time we visit Davao City. This time we got a room with broken water heater, broken body wash holder & lack of towels even the water flow so slow. A disappointment.

Park Inn used to be good the reason we stayed there every time we visit Davao City. This time we got a room with broken water heater, broken body wash holder & lack of towels even the water flow so slow. A disappointment.

The bathroom required a thorough cleaning, as it had a noticeable water stain, soap scum, and mildew. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various dietary needs. The support staff were friendly and welcoming. On the downside, the towels were dingy and thin, and washcloths and hand towels were not available.
