The wet season runs from May to October, characterized by higher rainfall, particularly in the afternoons. Regardless of the season, Lucena is a year-round destination, with its own charm in every month.

The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests. That’s completely unacceptable.

A diamond in the rough! Looks old but the service is simply awesome! There was a hiccup w/ the check-in because it should be 2pm but I explained that I sent an email and mentioned we’ll be early. They accommodated my request. The night crew for dinner was great! They accommodated us and took care of our requests. The breakfast stub was for 2 even if we booked for 3, and they had it changed, accordingly. The spa services is a must have when you visit the hotel. Very accommodating and nice people plus the amenities are better than most spas I have been in Manila. This is a classic example of people making a difference in your hotel experience. Keep it up!

This property needs some major renovation. The bathroom door won’t close and the facility it’s self is old. The breakfast was in an open garden space and there are so many flies. The breakfast wasn’t enjoyable at all

I had to call the reception twice just to keep the annoying and disrespectful guests from singing and shouting at the hallway at 1130p. They woke me up from a peaceful sleep that I really needed. Reception couldn’t contain the peace that they should basically provide.

Keep it up!

The service was ok but I didn’t get to sleep and rest well because the air conditioning is not working fine and has a loud sound. It was been a really bad experience for me.
