3 Stars Hotels in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines

This supposed to be my 2nd stay in sofia hotel. simple and affordable. however when we arrived we have not entertained even we have s confirmed booking. the staff don't know how to deal with the customers to settle the inconvenience that we had because of the lapse on their part. considering its very late night we'll definitely not go back here, they are so unprofessional.

I booked at around 10:40pm and was there around 11pm. The gate was closed but upon hearing our arrival, the guard immediately opened the gate and the front desk staff on duty met me upfront then asked for my room reservation. The staff were very accommodating despite the last minute booking. Upon check out, I found out that they are on holiday break but still accepted my booking. The room is clean, well-prepared, nice and very comfortable.

they didn't have our reservation, didn't automatically appear on their screens... had to look for your text and email....chuva chuva... had to stand by the reception for quite some time...
