Always love to stay at Summit. Clean rooms, friendly staff and don’t forget the Spa. I love their massage service. Close to Robinsons Mall, Starbucks, accessibility to transportation... Overlooking Taal Volcano. Thumbs up! 👍

We absolutely loved staying here, the view overlooking Taal was breathtaking, both at bedtime and upon waking. It would have been perfect if there were stools and a small table on the balcony to fully enjoy the scenery, but that’s a minor detail. The staff were exceptional… always welcoming us with a smile, thoughtful, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place! Rooms on the 7th floor and above offer a clear, unobstructed view of Taal. We’ll definitely be back. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. We even borrowed cutlery and small plates so we could celebrate my mum’s birthday with cake, such a nice touch! Oh and let me mention the Breakfast here- it’s worth the price. Delightful everyday with so much selection. It caters to both Filipinos & western taste. So close to great restaurants like BalayDako, RSM & the famous Starbucks overlooking Taal. The hotel itself has a passage to go to a smaller Starbucks & shopping mall beside it. So convenient. Loads of parking space. Highly recommend this place to family & friends

False advertisement. Hotel says newly remodeled rooms but room looks outdated. AC thermostat was broken and bathroom has molds. The rooms smells and feels damp. Staff is great though.

Service was first-class. From front of house to housekeeping and everyone in between, all the staff were very attentive, courteous and efficient with a smile. The only things I can fault are the rooms being obviously dated, the open air side across the rooms which caused the rains to blow into the open doors, and the squeaky left elevator that scared me to no end. Taking everything into consideration, I would book this hotel again when chance permits.

Had a wonderful stay at Summit Ridge! The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Check-in was smooth, and the front office team greeted us with genuine smiles. They provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast buffet was not so great. Food ran out and took a while to refill. Room is old, dark and not welcoming. Hard to open the door. All doors in the room are old and dirty. Bathroom towels were very thin and looked brownish gray as opposed to white towels. We were given 1/2 roll of toilet paper per day which usually ran out by the end of the day. The lobby was clean and nice but getting off the elevator to our floor looked like it was from another decade, very old and floors were worn down. The room needs updating for sure.
