The place is right in Centro so you are walking distance from several dining places, churches, and other attractions.
Breakfast selection could still be improved but I especially liked their champorado. It was so yummy! Not much of a menu selection in their resto. Hope they can have moe selections. We wanted to try thier guinumis but it's only offered as part of their set meal
Rooms smell really nice as the place is still quite new. The room we had was quite spacious. We had the view of the street which was a little obstructed by the front design of the hotel. You cab fo to the rooftop to see the view of Naga city.
The pool is up to 5 feet deep, enough for swim practice, but it could get crowded when there are a lot of guests. Also, best time to swim is early in the morning or late in the afternoon as the area is quite exposed to the sun. Pool could do some more cleaning. There were some flies, leaves, and twigs floating around, and the overflow made its way to the patio when we got there on the first day.
If you happen to get a room beside or across noisy occupants, you can probably easily hear them. We were a little annoyed on our second night as a child across the room from us was playing with the door and kept on setting the alarm.
