Transit Motel - Hostel

Staff were friendly and helpful - they very kindly organised dinner for me, and I was the only one in the restaurant but portion sizes were great and well priced. Room was very basic but clean, has strong AC and hot water. It wasn’t the quietest hotel in the evening but its proximity to the airport was what I needed, and I had a very early start anyway. Airport transfer was included in my room rate which was great!

Would not recommend, staff act like it’s an inconvenience to ask for assistance. Amenities are not offered at reception unless you already know about it. The rooms look like they cleaned it long ago and then left it without re cleaning for guests. The only good think I can say about this place is that there was air conditioning. Slow service is understandable, but not offering amenities, assistance or even a kind geeeting - unacceptable

Served the purpose of my one night stay. The room was clean.and the bed comfortable. Very basic but convenient to airport and 24 hour shuttle service.

Where the motel is situated is perfect. The room needs renovation with some good lighting. The food was excellent but wait time was too long.

I made reservations at this hotel and immediately canceled. I was denied a refund and found out they resold my room. This is called robbery by policy.

September 2025 I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your transit hotel during our recent stay. The receptionist was extremely courteous and accommodating, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival and allowing us to extend our stay until 12noon on the same day. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it enabled us to relax and prepare for our onward journey. I also noted that your hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services to Mulifanua, which is a convenient amenity for guests. The receptionist's professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay very comfortable, and I regret not catching her name to express my gratitude personally. Please extend my thanks to her for her excellent service. 🌟

Aircon was perfect, opposite the Samoa Beach Resort, close to airport, wharf, shops, restaurant's and etc Their Restaurant cooks beautiful dinner, staffs were brilliant especially that palagi and the staff from Satapuala at front desk, more shops at Mulifanua. Rooms were clean except one shower due to insects can access inside the rooms. Car park was good but people don’t know how to park. They are building the swimming pool hopefully it will be ready soon. There’s wifi at reception and restaurant area.

This is hotel only good for people passing through. There was no internet service in the room which is a big inconvenience. No breakfast a

ROOMS ARE OK BUT THE STAFF ARE NO GOOD WHEN MY FIRST DAY OF MY CHECK IN, I WENT INSIDE TO OPEN THE ROOM I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THEIR FAMILY ROOM IT'S AT THE BACK,THE REASON IS THE WAY TO THE ROOM IS NO GOOD BECAUSE THEY DID THE SLIDE WAY FOR SUITCASE BUT THEY HAVE ANOTHER LIFT TO THE ROOM.THE REASON THAT I SAID THAT'S I FALL OVER INFRONT OF OTHER ROOMS.I HAD A BROKEN ARM FROM THEIR FROM THAT TIME TILL THE LAST DAY I DIDN'T SEE ANY OF THEM OR THE COUPLE THAT LOOK AFTER THE MOTEL,TO COME AND CHECK ME AND MY KID'S ABOUT MY ARM.NO ONE THAT'S WHY I SAID STAFF ARE NO GOOD.I SPENT 3 HOURS AT FALEOLO AIRPORT ANOTHER 6 HOURS AT MOTOOTUA HOSPITAL,LIKE I HAD NIECE'S TO HELP ME TOOK ME TO MOTOOTUA AND DROPPED ME AT THE MOTEL.PLEASE MY ADVICE IF YOU NEED MONEY BETTER LOOKAFTER PEOPLE NICELY I ALREADY TALKED TO THE OTHER GUY FROM PAGO2 NEED TO FIX THAT CEMENT IT NEEDS TO PUT THE HARD MAT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THERE IS ANOTHER STEP.EVERYTIME THAT I WENT TO SAMOA OR COME BACK I TO STAY THERE FOR 1 OR 2 NIGHTS.ALSO YOUR BATHTOWELS PLEASE THEY ARE SMALL PLEASE NEEDS 2 ONE FOR HAIR AND FOR THE BODY IF YOU DON'T ORGANISE FACE WASHER,HAND TOWELS AND BATH MAT TOO.YOU DON'T NEED TO WAIT WHEN THE PEOPLE ASK PLEASE THATS THE WAY YOU TREATED PEOPLE.NEED TO CHECK PEOPLE IF THEY NEED SOMETHING ALSO THEIR FOODS THEY PUT FOODS ON THE MENU PAPER BUT WHEN WE ASK TO COOK AND THEY SAID IT'S NOTHING I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WROTE ON THE MENU BUT IT'S NOTHING PLEASE NEEDS TO BE HONEST TO PEOPLE SOME KID'S THEY ARE SICK

Always a pleasure at this hotel. Everything is what you paid for. So convenient to the wharf and the airport and has a shuttle bus service as well. I just wish they have variety of foods including some salads. That said, their fried chicken is better than KFC. LOVE the place and the team❤️🙏

Rooms are great as always

Everything started fine, very friendly staff, quick check-in, convenient location and a shuttle to the airport. A nice meal from the restaurant too. It's when I woke the next morning and there were 100's of little black flies in the room that made me disappointed. Also when I took a shower the water sprayed everywhere, after which I discovered it was flowing into the bedroom! Just as well I didn't have things on the floor. Anyway get those things sorted and I would be happy to stay there again.
