Transit Motel - Hostel

Its a Transit motel, close to the airport and mulifanua for the ferry to Savaii and happy with their service. Thank you.

This is hotel only good for people passing through. There was no internet service in the room which is a big inconvenience. No breakfast a

ROOMS ARE OK BUT THE STAFF ARE NO GOOD WHEN MY FIRST DAY OF MY CHECK IN, I WENT INSIDE TO OPEN THE ROOM I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THEIR FAMILY ROOM IT'S AT THE BACK,THE REASON IS THE WAY TO THE ROOM IS NO GOOD BECAUSE THEY DID THE SLIDE WAY FOR SUITCASE BUT THEY HAVE ANOTHER LIFT TO THE ROOM.THE REASON THAT I SAID THAT'S I FALL OVER INFRONT OF OTHER ROOMS.I HAD A BROKEN ARM FROM THEIR FROM THAT TIME TILL THE LAST DAY I DIDN'T SEE ANY OF THEM OR THE COUPLE THAT LOOK AFTER THE MOTEL,TO COME AND CHECK ME AND MY KID'S ABOUT MY ARM.NO ONE THAT'S WHY I SAID STAFF ARE NO GOOD.I SPENT 3 HOURS AT FALEOLO AIRPORT ANOTHER 6 HOURS AT MOTOOTUA HOSPITAL,LIKE I HAD NIECE'S TO HELP ME TOOK ME TO MOTOOTUA AND DROPPED ME AT THE MOTEL.PLEASE MY ADVICE IF YOU NEED MONEY BETTER LOOKAFTER PEOPLE NICELY I ALREADY TALKED TO THE OTHER GUY FROM PAGO2 NEED TO FIX THAT CEMENT IT NEEDS TO PUT THE HARD MAT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THERE IS ANOTHER STEP.EVERYTIME THAT I WENT TO SAMOA OR COME BACK I TO STAY THERE FOR 1 OR 2 NIGHTS.ALSO YOUR BATHTOWELS PLEASE THEY ARE SMALL PLEASE NEEDS 2 ONE FOR HAIR AND FOR THE BODY IF YOU DON'T ORGANISE FACE WASHER,HAND TOWELS AND BATH MAT TOO.YOU DON'T NEED TO WAIT WHEN THE PEOPLE ASK PLEASE THATS THE WAY YOU TREATED PEOPLE.NEED TO CHECK PEOPLE IF THEY NEED SOMETHING ALSO THEIR FOODS THEY PUT FOODS ON THE MENU PAPER BUT WHEN WE ASK TO COOK AND THEY SAID IT'S NOTHING I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WROTE ON THE MENU BUT IT'S NOTHING PLEASE NEEDS TO BE HONEST TO PEOPLE SOME KID'S THEY ARE SICK

Room was clean. The AC worked great!

Always a pleasure at this hotel. Everything is what you paid for. So convenient to the wharf and the airport and has a shuttle bus service as well. I just wish they have variety of foods including some salads. That said, their fried chicken is better than KFC. LOVE the place and the team❤️🙏

Rooms are great as always

Everything started fine, very friendly staff, quick check-in, convenient location and a shuttle to the airport. A nice meal from the restaurant too. It's when I woke the next morning and there were 100's of little black flies in the room that made me disappointed. Also when I took a shower the water sprayed everywhere, after which I discovered it was flowing into the bedroom! Just as well I didn't have things on the floor. Anyway get those things sorted and I would be happy to stay there again.

Close to airport and wharf. Very handy and has airport and wharf transfers!

I guess the price was a guide, but we wanted somewhere close to the airport on our last night in Samoa, for an early morning flight the next day. The room we were given was near the back of the property and the wi-fi didn't reach that far back, so no wi-fi. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee making facilities, no TV, one bath towel, no hand towel, and one pillow each with one of them so lumpy my wife used some clothes as a pillow. We did ask for a second bath towel. We ordered coffees in the restaurant and received beverages which tasted like they were made with instant coffee and sweetened condensed milk. They were so sweet they were undrinkable. Needless to say, we skipped the restaurant for dinner. To top things off, when were arose at 4:00 am to prepare for our flight, there was no hot water for a shower. When we complained of no hot water on our departure, there was no apology, no offer of a part refund, just a blank stare. The hotel served a purpose, but we would never stay there again.

Friendly staff, good communication, tidy and clean room

It’s a transit hotel. There for a purpose for ferry and airport. No frills. Clean. Quiet, given location. A convenient place to rest for night.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. I respectfully inform them that I have an extra person and one fruit cake staff came with his price $200 to pay for the same room I slept with my sister and my dad. The fridge was dirty, and the air con was even working. Do better next time especially the customer service.

Thank you, Transit Motel, for always accommodating us. The location is perfect when flying in late to Faleolo International Airport and needing a few hours of rest before connecting to Pago. A special thanks to Pa’u and Faletua Gloria for your warm hospitality and friendly service - it always makes the stay feel like home.

People were just beautiful kind, helpful and welcoming

Close to the airport which means short taxi ride but will have aircraft noise.

The place is ok for transiting in a matter of hours but won’t recommend for longer stays. There were mosquitoes in the rooms and the wifi went off after our first hour of checkin. I would suggest having adapters or SIM cards/lava spots for guests and to keep money in this family business maybe open a mini convenience store because shops around the area usually close early or are inaccessible. We do want to thank the staff for allowing early checkin and providing drop offs to the Faleolo International Airport early in the morning. For the price we paid, I guess it was worth it but if you’re looking for comfortability and good experience I would not stay here.

An awesome place to stay when arrive in Samoa. Close to the airport and the wharf if planning on going to Savaii. Good comfort food with big servings. Staff are very accommodating and I love how they have a service to the airport and to the wharf. Keep up the good work and keep on doing what you’re doing best
