Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The only issue is there are no elevators if you have a lot of luggage but the staff will help you carry luggage if needed.

Very welcoming staff, always polite and friendly. Received a VIP drink voucher on arrival. I used this after gwtting unpacked, their bar is very nice area to relax. Room itself was great had all you needed. It was a little warm when i got in but turned down the thermostat and was a pleasant temperature shortly after. Room is very clean and the propert itself was great. Thanka for a great stay.

Greeting from staff was very warm and welcoming, and I was escorted to my room which was a nice touch. The room itself was very clean, with a nice lottle tea tray and lovely furnishings. The bed was very comfy and made for a good nights sleep. The amenities were great and a modern mirror in the bathroom with toich sensitive light was pretty cool! Overall a great stay had, thank you.

Easy to find. Multiple buildings. No elevator. Lights in hallways at night did not turn on and was not aware of any switches to use. Very close to transportation. Easy to get around.

The staff are helpful and hotel is near Haymarket railway station (5min walk). However, the hotel room was on 3/F and there was no lift and it would be difficult for us to walk upstairs and downstairs.

Friendly, warm, helpful, polite, available, approachable, relatable.
The room was nice, clean, warm, had all the expected features and ‘stuff’ available.
Breakfast was fresh, tasty, well cooked and served with a welcoming personality.
The staff are the real stars here but the hotel will definitely get a repeat visit.

A decent room in a brilliant location, and friendly staff. Our bathroom was notably cold though, with next to no insulation during what was a cold snap - even by Edinburgh standards. Shower steam settled and cooled on everything, making for a bit of a slip hazard.

Mattress and pillows to firm for our liking.
Did not have water for shower on one occasion. Staff soon rectified issue.
Close to train and trams and restaurants.
