We loved our stay at Haymarket Hotel. We loved the decoration and heritage details. The breakfast room was STUNNING and the food amazing - so much many delicious choices. Great location especially for walkers like us. And easy walk to Princes st. We even walked to Edinburgh Castle and on to Carlton Hill and back to the hotel. Lots of eateries nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were well kept, and the staff were all kind and incredibly helpful. Definitely stay for breakfast, it is delicious! I would happily stay here again.

Rooms were quaint and clean.
Staff cordial and friendly.
WiFi was terrible and cell phone reception best on the street. Television channels were spotty and some never showed the picture.

Staff very welcoming, even with it being busy with check-ins, still got walked to the room. The room was very clean and tidy, little issue with kettle but all rectified very quickly.
Great place to stay and get a good night's sleep in a comfy bed.

Room was clean and comfortable, however it could use some repairs. Toilet paper holder was not properly fastened to the wall, appeared as all of the hooks to hang towels had been removed, and considerable dust behind the sink. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring by foot, bus, or train. In the morning the halls could get noisy as the doors are not soundproof. Would stay at this property again.

Breakfast with the room included fix to order and continental breakfast bar. If one didnt selsect the breakfast with room options, breakfast could be purchased. The meal cost is a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A mini fridge was a plus.

The Haymarket Hotel is a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short distance to all Edinburgh has to offer. The room was clean and cozy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buildings are all so beautiful and inviting. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The only issue is there are no elevators if you have a lot of luggage but the staff will help you carry luggage if needed.

Very welcoming staff, always polite and friendly. Received a VIP drink voucher on arrival. I used this after gwtting unpacked, their bar is very nice area to relax. Room itself was great had all you needed. It was a little warm when i got in but turned down the thermostat and was a pleasant temperature shortly after. Room is very clean and the propert itself was great. Thanka for a great stay.

Greeting from staff was very warm and welcoming, and I was escorted to my room which was a nice touch. The room itself was very clean, with a nice lottle tea tray and lovely furnishings. The bed was very comfy and made for a good nights sleep. The amenities were great and a modern mirror in the bathroom with toich sensitive light was pretty cool! Overall a great stay had, thank you.
