The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

The hotel location is very strategic, with plenty of eateries and mini markets nearby, and it’s not far from the MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist, Mr. Mark, was friendly and communicated well, especially when we checked out in the early morning to go to the airport. This hotel is amazing. It's undergone a dramatic transformation. I first booked this hotel in 1992, when it was called Hotel 81 Classic. In 2026 (34 years later), I booked it again, with a remarkable transformation. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a food court, fresh fruit stalls, and fresh juices. It's close to public transportation, including the MRT and bus.
