I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore on 5 March. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

Extremely pleasant stay here at Pan Pacific, excellent service by hotel staff throughout. Great experience would definitely return in the future. They threw in a free room upgrade as we could not enjoy breakfast at Edge due to the new dining restrictions 😔

What an amazing stay at Pan Pacific. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly. The staff at the club lounge go above and beyond to make you feel looked after and and always with a smile and a chat. It truly is a holiday to remember, and we will most definitely be back. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, and the staff absolutely make this a 5* experience

The best hotel I have stayed in so far. The staff is amazing. We were staying with 18 month old baby and the staff was super accomodating and helpful at every step. Everybody at the lounge remembered my baby's nae, her eating preferemces which was very thoughtful. I would love to stay again.

Location is excellent with links to 3 shopping centres 20 minutes from airport close to hop on hop off bus. Pacific club lounge giving access to top floor for breakfast afternoon tea and happy 2 hours for drinks and food is worth the additional money.

This was the perfect location for a short stay in Singapore - centrally located, connected to key locations including convention centers and shopping malls. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with the elderly and young kids alike. On top of that, the spa and kids' amenities, including the play zone, kiddie pool, and koi pond, were the cherry on top. And a big shout-out to the staff -- everyone almost intuitively supported us with incredible service that made this stay truly special. And the view was incredible p.s: Great food options, including the in-room dining menu; delicious taste and generous portions.
