I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore on 5 March. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

Extremely pleasant stay here at Pan Pacific, excellent service by hotel staff throughout. Great experience would definitely return in the future. They threw in a free room upgrade as we could not enjoy breakfast at Edge due to the new dining restrictions 😔

We stayed 1 night during the Hari Raya holiday. Room was clean though a bit dated. Check in and out was smooth. Many food options available. We went Hai Tien Lo and the food was awesome. Buffet at Edge was very good too!

We arrive to the hotel a bit early so they were able to store our luggage. They had a changing room available near the pool so we could get out of our airplane clothes and relax by the pool till the room was ready. The room was modern with a very comfortable king size bed with the view of the marina Bay Sands from the balcony. The closet was very small, but would be fine if it’s just a one or two nights stay. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and Service was fast and friendly. The executive club that came along with our room was not that special. We didn’t even use it. It was pretty and clean, but did not offer many amenities. The lobby and the glass elevators were very beautiful. We would come back again.
