ARBAN HOTEL BUSAN

The room was missing basic needs such as running hot water. Our water was spotty. The service lady at the front was not that friendly when we ask for help regarding reservations and tourist locations.

1. 8mins walk fm Seomyeon stn (metro line 1 & 2). Surrounded by many restaurants & convenient stores. Lotte Dept Store, Seomyeon underground shopping st. & food st. are also nearby. 2. The building shared btw few tenants and Arban Hotel occupied few levels. No dedicated lift for hotel guest, but u need hotel room card to access to yr floor. Didn't notice if there is a CCTV/cam inside/near the lift and so for solo traveller, please be careful. Reception is at 13th floor. 3. We arrived Arban Hotel at around 11am and a bit disappointed that we were not able to check in early hence we left our luggage at the reception area. 4. We checked in on Wednesday for 2 rooms & 3 nights stay, my rooms were at 6th floor, were able to sleep well on our 1st night. When come to 2nd night, we started to hear noise when we entered into our room, as the noise level were within our acceptance level hence we had ignored it. When come to 3rd night (Friday), the noise became obvious and we finally realized that there was a bowling center on the 5th floor (below our floor), and the ball rolling & striking sound last till midnight, we didn't ask for a change since we will be checking out the next day. My intention of writing this is to alert anyone who intend to stay in Arban Hotel to avoid 6th floor, if possible. 5. Room & toilet were spacious. 6. Laundry room @ 6th floor with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Washer @ ₩4000 for 36mins and dryer @ ₩4000 for 50mins. U can buy laundry detergent fm kiosk m/c.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff at front desk were friendly and efficient. But the breakfast was very let down, very limited menu and no staff around to assist.

We booked a junior suite and it was lovely - large comfortable beds, great views and a great big bathtub. Although the hotel is located in a busy, vibrant area, we were on 10th floor so it was very quiet. Easily walkable from Seomyeon station and endless places to eat, drink and shop. We used this as a base to explore Busan, using the metro and buses to travel north and south

Location was convenient to everything. They had self laundry facility. Very helpful staff.

The rooms were lovely and in good condition. Staff were very friendly. Location is great…lots of restaurants and shops and subway nearby. Don’t recommend the breakfast…not worth it and many other great options nearby.

Arban Hotel is conveniently located in Seomyeon. It is easy to access all kinds of stores, restaurants, and cafes from the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was an added perk. I would stay here again.

Room was very clean and hotel is conveniently loxated to all transportation. Only issue was AC, it would not hold the temp or let it fluctuate way too much and comfort was not the greatest. I could hwar some noise coming from other rooms late at night but it was not so bad and didnt last that long.

They actually checked us into a room that was not cleaned and occupied at first! Very frustrating until they gave us the next room. Overall, the room was way bigger than expected and quite comfortable. Will consider staying again in the future.

Arban Hotel is a good hotel for its price point with a central location that has plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious for 2 people, had a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. We stayed on level 10 and had no issues with noise at night time.

This is our second time staying at Arban Hotel. Easy access to eateries, metro station, breakfast is reasonably priced, clean and good service. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Busan.

The property did not meet our expectations. It was located in a very busy area, surrounded by late-night restaurants, bars, and karaoke spots, which made it quite noisy, especially at night. We also felt a bit uneasy at times, as there were often drunken individuals, mostly older adults and loud younger crowed frequenting the area. The entrance to the hotel was filled with various business card and people were standing nearby, for business which added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our experience. 😥
