ARBAN HOTEL BUSAN

I found the street entrance to the hotel a little dingy. Anyone can access the guest floors from the street if they happen to tailgate a guest with a keycard. Besides that, the room was Ok. Our room was quite large but an odd shape. Breakfast just OK as well. Staff were pleasant.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything happening from night life to shopping with a lot of food options from street food to sit-down, close to a lot of shopping from Lotte department store to smaller shops. Also, it was central to all the medical spa and cosmetic surgery facilities. We were a bit skeptical when we arrived because the hotel is located above a bowling alley and the first floor is open to anyone on the street, but it still felt safe because those without a hotel key wouldn't be able to get to the hotel room floors. I liked that my room was cleaned daily but no amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, etc. beyond towels and two bottles of water. However, their laundry machines worked very well. Even though they only had 3 washers and 3 dryers, it worked out and cleaned/dried my laundry so I can continue on my journey to Japan after visiting Busan. The staff were fine not as friendly as people in Seoul and the English speaking staff were limited. One down side was that I didn't like that we had to put a cash deposit to use their hotel umbrellas on a rainy day. All hotels I've stayed at offered umbrellas for free when it rains...so this is something to reconsider to improve their customer service. Overall, the hotel stay was good and I would recommend for first timers visiting Busan who want to be in the heart of night life, food, and shopping, and I liked the hotel's clean and large size rooms.

Centrally located- easy walk to Seomyeon station. Easy to get to various attractions from here. Can take subway to catch KTX at Busan Stayion or can catch a bus easily (if outside of rush hour) right near the hotel to go to KTX station very easily. Spacious, clean, modern - newly renovated rooms. Spa like bathrooms. Great resto/rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

Staff were polite and accommodating. The cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast was good although they don’t replenish the food. The room was clean and orderly but there’s a smell in the shower / bathroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay. The room was pleasantly larger then we expected and the breakfast basket was so thoughtful and delicious.

First room we were assigned smelled terrible!!!! Asked to move, but nothing available. Next day was moved to a different room and was just fine.

The location is very convenient, not far from the subway and great shopping and places to eat nearby. The property was lovely and clean however the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. There was also a damp smell from our shower and there was a smell coming from the toilet.

We stayed 8 nights and had the best experience! The staff was kind and helpful with any recommendations including when my daughter got sick and needed to see doctor. The room was always clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 3 adults. We also enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet when we needed a quick easy meal and didn’t want to go out. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a great location in walking distance to everything!

Great housekeeping staff and decent location in the middle of the action but management too profit centered day, even asked us to pay a deposit for umbrellas which is a first in all our travels in Asia! Feels like the management company running this property is more consumed by installing an automated dispenser for toothbrushes and charging for every courtesy item we’re accustomed to right as you enter the lobby. We found it cold uninviting and so transactional that we will not be returning. Rooms were cheaply decorated but the housekeeping staff was exceptionally thorough.

Room was very clean. Solid location that was central Busan. Very nice room layout. Downsides were that front desk didn’t provide coupons for coffee shop at check-in and had to go ask. Soaker tub jets did not work. I would recommend staying here overall! Great room, great price

Breakfast was poor with little choice and quality. Also had to ask reception to have breakfast tables cleared as no where to sit, this is due to no catering staff carrying out duties.

The staff was very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a 5/10 for me. Not everything was labeled and it did seem like sometimes they put lunch items from the day before out for breakfast. The salad option was already turning brown every day for breakfast.

My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan.

Great location - I didn't take the breakfast option. Room was superb and staff were great.

We stayed in a spacious, clean, well kept room. We loved how much space we had to spread our belongings. We also appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. Just know that there is no door to the bathroom, but there is a door to the toilet stall. The hotel is in a perfect location. Within a walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping, but it's quiet enough at night.
