Hotel was so nice and loved the 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel and love that they had a shuttle to the airport ! Our room, however, did have an AC that made a loud rattling noise so that was a bummer but other than that the hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. The hotel also has a scale in the lobby, which is really nice for you to weigh your luggage before you head out to the airport. You can also take the shuttle to the airport so you can use the subway if you’re trying to get into Seoul or any other part of Korea.

Good to stay when going to incheon airport in early morning for transiting, cost about 9000won via taxi to get to airport but hotel has free shuttle service~

The bed was comfortable and Internet access was great. Transportation was readily available. I opted to eat at other places. My one complaint is no electrical outlets or usb charging near the bed. Actually had this in numerous rooms at this hotel also. So it’s not just one room.

This is my second time booking this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Incheon International Airport. Even though my stay was very short, it was a very pleasant one 😊. They also have a free shuttle from/to Incheon Airport, you can ask the front desk or see the schedule on their website. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and spacious.

The hotel located is very strategic, closer to Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Paradise City, clean & cozy room. All staff are friendly & helpful. The resto has great variance & taste of meals. Overall, the hotel is great to stay with complete facilities & will recommend to friends & colleagues. Thank you

Typical overnight airport hotel. The floor needs a good cleaning and vacuuming other than that everything is ok.

The room was VERY basic. Spacious but it was like the first week of moving in to a new place and all you have is a bed. Literally open space. ( not a bad thing. kids would definitely love doing cartwheels) The water from the shower did not stay contained in the shower. Thank goodness for slippers once out of the shower or you'd be stepping in puddles. I also found a wad of hair in the far end of the room which I was not too pleased with. Aside from all of that, the bed was comfortable, the convenience store downstairs was great and I had no issues.

Should explain how to use the ondol rooms with inserting the room card to get electricity before sending a guest to their room - but the staff was friendly, and the hotel amenities are convenience. Also, if you’re coming from the airport and can time the free shuttle service to the hotel, it’s very convenient.
