Great location, next to underground lines and Arex line station, giving direct access to airport in around 45mins. Fridndly staff, great breakfast (additional cost about £12). Allowed my friend to store bike in room. Good gym (in terms of hotel gyms).

Glad Mapo is a great hotel. My room was super comfortable, roomy and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful and communicated with me in English. The hotel is located a few minutes from a large train station that gave me easy access to any area in Seoul. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Seoul.

Glad hotel was perfect. There is a train station just outside the door, a 7/11 in the lobby and restaurant onsite. The restaurant food was amazing! The staff of the hotel were all so nice and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and stocked with all the essentials. The area around the hotel had lots of places to eat and explore. Not sure about parking, as I didn’t have a vehicle. The train honestly was perfect. In my interacts with the hotel staff, we got by on simple English and smiles. It was great. I highly recommend the glad mapo hotel. I will certainly stay here again.

Location is excellent. Take AirPort Express and the 2nd to last stop, exit 9, hotel is literally right in front of you. Hotel itself is ok, room is very standard. I have stayed here last year too and front desk is friendly. This time, I got a two single bed room and the shower was so ridiculous. It has a tub and shower head. However the glass is only half way, so when I turned on the shower head sprayed everywhere on the floor. There is no way to avoid it, I end up sitting in the bathtub to wash my hair holding the shower head, then my daughter did the same thing. So at midnight, we were cleaning all the water that sprayed everywhere inside and outside of the bathroom. Other than that, hotel is excellent!

Hotel staff friendly and welcoming. The room deco is too dark not enough bright lighting. Room was too small if you have 3 large suitcases and 2 small suitcases. You can hear next door talking, wall is quite thin. The area is very good, convenient getting the metro and the airport line too. You have lots of restaurants around.
