Very beautiful hotel, and perfectly located to go to all the nearby tourist areas, Chinatown, Jayu Park, Wolmi Park and Wolmido in general. Really close to Incheon Metro station so you can make trips to Songdo or make your way to other areas (we did a day trip to Suwon from here). Amenities and breakfast options were great. Staff was very friendly and overall had no issues getting assitance. The laundry was a great feature we used. Planning a couple days stay in Incheon with this hotel was a really great idea.

I was thoroughly impressed with the property, especially considering the price point. The value for money here is exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety to start the day, and the housekeeping team was top-notch, ensuring the room was refreshed daily. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, and you truly cannot beat this location for convenience. One thing to note: because the hotel is situated in such a lively neighborhood, there is consistent noise from nearby pubs and clubs throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or requesting a room on a higher floor/back of the building. Otherwise, it's a perfect home base.

I won’t be staying here again. The noise disruption day and night was horrendous. During the day it was loud construction noises and at night it was relentless clubbing music. It wasn’t a peaceful stay. I don’t recommend the hotel to others.

Very close to the station which is very handy however there are nightclubs below the hotel which can be very loud at night. We stayed on 8th floor and we were able to hear the music till the early hours of the morning. The room reflects the price per night.

The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very sweet and courteous. The front desk staff can be a little cold but some of them were nice and helpful. It gets very noisy because of the nightlife from about 9pm-6am.

Beautiful building in the heart of Itaewon with an excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene—great for those looking to enjoy it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though I found it odd that earplugs were provided next to the bed. That quickly made sense—the noise level is outrageous and unacceptable. I stayed in room 825, and the constant noise made it very difficult to rest. I requested a room change the following day, but the manager was completely nonchalant and said nothing was available. I had to endure three more nights of severe noise disturbance. While the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water, none were replaced on the second day. When I went downstairs to ask, I was charged 2,000 won for a bottle. It’s not about the cost—it’s the lack of consistency and the feeling of poor service. There are far too many great hotel options in the area for me to consider staying here again. That said, I absolutely loved Itaewon.

We love Hamilton Hotel. The staff was super nice and is close to everything. This place is in the heart of Itaewon, a neighborhood full of life, during the day and also at night. The location is unbeatable, however, since there are bars around it at night could be a little noisy on weekends.

Was so incredibly noisy, music with bass played til 7am over the weekend. I know it's not the hotels fault, it's mine and they did provide ear plugs. It was a great location for everything else The front desk were not helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage in their store room which was a space out in the open surrounded by rope. Granted it was for more than 24 hours so I guess better we didn't.

Easy access to get around. Right in front of the subway station. Lots of restaurants, pubs and clubs. If you are a clubber and looking for a place to go crazy clubbing this hotel is the perfect place. No sleep just clubbing. If you plan to get some good night sleep, not a good place. Now I know why there were ear buds in the room. You will hear extra loud music all nite till 4 am. Feel sorry for the hotel staff. They were very kind and helpful but kept apologizing for the loud music. Hotel itself is decent but never again.

The hotel itself is average, maybe 2.5 to 3 stars. It is older and in need of renovation. The staff are helpful and do the best they can with what they have. The issue is the location and the noise. The description says it is in the Itaewon Station area. It is directly across the street from Itaewon Station, and surrounded by night clubs and bars. I arrived on a Thursday evening and the clubs were just starting. There is apparently a club on the second floor because when the elevator passes they floor, the noise of the music becomes deafening. I had a room on the back side at first, the room was tiny and loud. I upgraded to a larger room on the front side. The room was decent size, but the noise even worse. Music thumping, cars honking, police sirens, drunk people shouting, street musicians, etc. It finally quieted down about 6am. I did not sleep at all. And Friday night even worse. On top of that, there was no control of the heat (winter), which was set at about 30c, which meant having to open the window or swelter. The best the staff could do was a fan! I left at 4am Saturday morning. The front desk person processed a refund for my remaining stay, which was probably the best thing that I can say about this place. Unless you are in your 20s and want to party all night, AVOID THIS HOTEL. Try the Mondrian if you want to be in Itaewon. Quiet, much much nicer.
