The hotel gets very noisy at night because of the party street behind. Weekend is a no go.

The best location if you like a vibrant and central location for party, fun and nightlife. Room was decent and no issues. There are noises from the outside at night, earplugs are necessary and provided. But remember, this is the cost for being in the main hub of Seoul nightlife. I only hated the pool situation: you need to pay to use the pool ! It’s not free for the guests!! Somehow ridiculous

This is a great location, but too loud for families with small children. We could hear the music from the clubs and bars till 4am. Could not sleep. Other than that it’s great for younger adults or couples.

Nice hotel but needs to be updated

Excellent service, good amenities. Though paid additional, breakfast was good spread. Rooms are a bit small. Being next to much happening place, weekends nights are a bit noisy due to loud music outside. Ear plugs provided helped! I enjoyed my stay at Hamilton. Being a vegetarian, Saravana Bhavan next doors was an attraction!

Clean room

I won’t be staying here again. The noise disruption day and night was horrendous. During the day it was loud construction noises and at night it was relentless clubbing music. It wasn’t a peaceful stay. I don’t recommend the hotel to others.

Noise place, some of amenities are not working

Very close to the station which is very handy however there are nightclubs below the hotel which can be very loud at night. We stayed on 8th floor and we were able to hear the music till the early hours of the morning. The room reflects the price per night.

Very central hotel in Itaewon area just beside the metro station. Very nice room.

No AC 7am to 7pm.. fan only. Very loud day and night. Odd smells throughout. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options

Everyone at hotel great service and alot of local amenities

Very beautiful hotel, and perfectly located to go to all the nearby tourist areas, Chinatown, Jayu Park, Wolmi Park and Wolmido in general. Really close to Incheon Metro station so you can make trips to Songdo or make your way to other areas (we did a day trip to Suwon from here). Amenities and breakfast options were great. Staff was very friendly and overall had no issues getting assitance. The laundry was a great feature we used. Planning a couple days stay in Incheon with this hotel was a really great idea.

TV is very small and old. Shower curtain is so thin always water lick after shower.

​I was thoroughly impressed with the property, especially considering the price point. The value for money here is exceptional. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety to start the day, and the housekeeping team was top-notch, ensuring the room was refreshed daily. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, and you truly cannot beat this location for convenience. ​One thing to note: because the hotel is situated in such a lively neighborhood, there is consistent noise from nearby pubs and clubs throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or requesting a room on a higher floor/back of the building. Otherwise, it's a perfect home base.
