Shilla Stay Cheonan

The hotel was very clean, and I especially appreciated how friendly the staff were. Whenever I asked for help, such as calling a taxi, they always greeted me with a warm smile, which really left a lasting impression. The breakfast was also excellent. I stayed for four days, and although it was a bit disappointing that the menu was the same every day, the food was always clean and well prepared, so I had no major inconvenience during my stay. Above all, the coffee was outstanding. If I visit Cheonan again in the future, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

I have never written any reviews for Hotels.com. But read my review before booking for this hotel. I got to the hotel lobby at 2:35pm and attempted to check in. They said no although rooms were ready because the check time was at 3pm. So they pointed at a chair and told me to sit there for 25 minutes and return. I couldn’t believe it. Basically we were going to play a game of I know you know I know there are clean rooms ready. But then there was a guy who was also checking in next to me and he got his room keys. I asked if he got a room. Their response was not audible and they would not have eye contact with me. Then they charged me for parking although the hotel descriptions said Free Parking. I informed them about this but they said they would have to charge me. I had already picked up my rental car so of course was out of options. They didn’t bother to ask which platform I used to make reservations to correct this information. Then next day I went to have breakfast and was called “sir” repeatedly. I am a female who weighs about 113 pounds. I just couldn’t understand why they kept calling me sir. Do not go to this hotel. They are unprofessional.

I think this is the best hotel to stay at in Cheonan (definitely way better than Ramada Cheonan). The area near the hotel gives redlight district vibes, but the hotel itself is clean, the cost is reasonable, and the breakfast is good. Two requests I have for the fitness center are: 1) fix the rowing machine - this has been broken for over a year; 2) provide antibacterial wet wipes to use on the equipment.

Great hotel. Super clean and staff were very nice and attentive. Probably the best in the area. Would highly recommend!

Very clean rooms and smart clerks are there.

We stayed here as our daughter was getting married in Cheonan. Nice hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. The gym is very good. A special note goes to the young waiter in the 3rd floor Cafe, I only know him as Trevor, who looked after us so well when we had a get together of around 20 people who had flown in for the wedding. Thanks Trevor.

The parking was sometimes difficult; otherwise, it's a great place. We will be back

I would use again in the future

집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요. 조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요. 객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다.
