직원들 서비스 너무 좋았어요 룸 컨디션도 훌륭하고 청결했어요 요청도 신속히 들어주셨어요
다만, 윗층인지 층간소음과 밖에 오토바이소리때문에 잠을 좀 설쳤네요..
바닥이 마루라서 윗층 의자끄는 소리가 너무 시끄럽더라고요.. 다음에 또 이용할게요!!

설연휴 서울로 돌아가는 늦은 밤에 운전으로 피곤해진 아빠와 아이와 함께 쉬어갈 곳으로 적당했습니다. 늦은 밤이었지만 체크인이 원활했고 방에는 양쪽 통창으로 공기가 혹시 찰까봐 라지에이터도 제공되고 있었습니다. 숙박비에 포함된 풍성한 조식이 설 기간의 피로를 싹 씻어주었고 아이도 너무 좋아했습니다. 목욕을 할 수 있는 사우나 시설이 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

서비스도 좋고 교통편도 좋았고 항상 신라스테이를 이용 할 때마다 느끼는 점이지만 객실이 항상 깨끗해서 자주 이용 하는 편입니다
하지만 이번에 객실 청소가 늦어진게 아쉬웠네요 그 부분 말고는 전혀 부족함 없이 이용 했습니다
다음에 또 이용 할 계획 입니다

i really hope this Cheonan shilla hotel, improves their maintenance. so many things are broken. My door didn't closed and during shower, it was draining.

다른 신라스테이 지점에 비해 시설관리도 잘되어 있고 청결도도 정말 좋았어요! 직원분들도 친절하세요 🙂다만 주차가.. 겨우 돈내고 주차하더라도 한번 체크인 시간 이후로 차 갖고 나가면 다시 들어올 때 주차자리 없을까봐 천안에서 택시타고 다녔어요ㅜㅜ

I booked for 2wks but ended up staying there for 3days because of AC “issue” (it might not be hardware issue but rather a setting by the hotel not adjustable by residents). Complained to front desk but was told “our AC has no problem”. Breakfast was the same every day. Based on my colleagues recommendation, I moved to Schweizer Dorf (a nearby hotel), better room and service and breakfast.

Second time being here, but still I am noticing hotel room conditions in general is not as good as I expected to be. For an instance, wall papers are lifting, damaged ,moldy and soiled. Tiles in toilet is damaged separating, requires inspection and need to be fixed.

오래간만에 한국에 나와 실라 스테이에 머물게 돼 다행이라고 생각하고 있습니다. 모든 면에서 최상의 서비스를 받았습니다. 특히 front desk의 service representatives들은 아주 친절하고 도와주려는 노력을 했습니다. 한가지 건의 사항은, 1층, fitness center의 treadmill 2대가 고장이 나 있었읍니다. 3일 머무는 동안 그 treadmill은 계속 고장난 상태로 고치려는 노력을 하지 않았습니다. 세계에 널리 알려진 호텔이 되려면, 이런 작은 것에도 신경을 써 주시기 바랍니다.
