We had to ring a number to be let into the hotel slightly before check-in - two other sets of guests then arrived and the receptionist arrived some 10 minutes after checkin time. Room was fine - but some parts (air con panel, showerhead) had seen much better days. Needed to speak to someone at the end of the stay and no one there to speak to.

The rooms are very small, and the service is poor. There’s no reception desk before 2 PM, and the entrance is secured with a PIN code. If you arrive before then, you won’t be able to get in or leave your bags, unless you happen to get lucky and another guest opens the door for you.

Was here for 4 nights. Would not stay here again in summer, a/c was terrible room running at 27c with a/c set at 16, was given a small oscillating fan, yet the a/c in reception was superior, I ended up sitting there a few times to try and beat the heat. The other thing is reception is only manned from 2pm to about /am, Good location

It's a 1 star self serve location very close to train station/bus station/high speed train station. I guess you could call it straddling old town with new town. Either way it's walking a few minutes to reach historic sites, shopping and food options.

Basic, budget hotel within easy walking distance of Girona's old town. Reception is not 24 hours. Unfortunately, during my stay, the fire alarm went off at around 3am, which was very inconvenient. I was told the next morning that this was due to someone smoking in their room, but there was no offer of compensation or acknowledgement of the inconvenience, which was disappointing.

Comfortable bed with all the necessities. Air condition barely worked which was the only downside for me. Water pressure in shower was great. Free water in the room as well but didn't see anywhere to refill the bottle.
