We had to ring a number to be let into the hotel slightly before check-in - two other sets of guests then arrived and the receptionist arrived some 10 minutes after checkin time.
Room was fine - but some parts (air con panel, showerhead) had seen much better days.
Needed to speak to someone at the end of the stay and no one there to speak to.

Habitación: pequeña pero con lo necesario para estancia corta, grandes ventanales con buena vista, limpieza excelente, amenidades de baño de buena calidad.
Servicio: check in rápido, acceso por llave inteligente, servicio de guarda equipaje en lockers post check out sin costo adicional. Espacio de uso común muy agradable con agua, café y té de cortesía.
Sugerencias: tener dos densidades de almohadas (las dos opciones que tienen son muy altas).
Verificar el funcionamiento de la puerta de baño, no corre con facilidad.

The rooms are very small, and the service is poor. There’s no reception desk before 2 PM, and the entrance is secured with a PIN code. If you arrive before then, you won’t be able to get in or leave your bags, unless you happen to get lucky and another guest opens the door for you.

Would not stay here again in summer, a/c was terrible room running at 27c with a/c set at 16, was given a small oscillating fan, yet the a/c in reception was superior, I ended up sitting there a few times to try and beat the heat. The other thing is reception is only manned from 2pm to about /am, Good location

Si vous êtes valides et voyagez léger, c’est l’hôtel idéale pour vous. Un seuil pour rentrer dans l’hôtel, 6 marches pour atteindre le niveau zéro de l’ascenseur, un parking payant non intégré à l’hôtel rendent l’arrivée dans l’hôtel difficile. Cependant les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres. Je vous souhaites un bon sommeil

Location and cleanliness were spot-on! Close to the bus, train station and the old town.
It was a nightmare to sleep without AC that didnt work all the time and no one is the the reception to help.

It's a 1 star self serve location very close to train station/bus station/high speed train station. I guess you could call it straddling old town with new town. Either way it's walking a few minutes to reach historic sites, shopping and food options.
