직원을 친절했지만 프론트 직원이 자리를 비우는 경우 문을 잠궈서 밖으로 나갈 수 없었다. 오래된 건물이라 그런지 전체적으로 어둡고 깨끗한 느낌은 없지만 청소상태는 나쁘지 않았다. 화장실 시설이나 도어가 오래되었다.

Amazing location and super clean hotel

+ Trevlig personal som tipsade om restauranger i närheten. -Såg fram emot litet förströelse på TV på kvällen då vi skulle resa vidare ganska tidigt nästa dag. Otroligt besvikna när TV inte fungerade. Batterifacket på TVdosan var full av batterisyra och ingen hjälp fanns att få eftersom receptionen var stängd. - mycket svårt att få ut duschtvål då fästet var instabilt och vippade varje gång.

No blankets on the bed! Only sheets. There was only a sheet on our bed and no blankets in the room when we checked in. Checked in very late because of a delayed flight and I had to put my coat over me I got so chilled! Who doesn’t put a blanket or duvet on a hotel bed? We had to ask for them! Also they do not have any luggage racks in the hotel so we had to lay our suitcases on the floor the whole time. We liked having only a code to access the hotel main door and our room door. Great location in bustling neighborhood close to bus and train and the old city and shopping and restaurants. Basic clean place with comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our large window.

Nice and clean but small rooms. Staff is only around part of the day. Good working area but otherwise limited facilities. Very good location in Girona.

Great location. Good rooms. Best if you cab work within the reception hours they provide, otherwise it looked a little more difficult.

We had to ring a number to be let into the hotel slightly before check-in - two other sets of guests then arrived and the receptionist arrived some 10 minutes after checkin time. Room was fine - but some parts (air con panel, showerhead) had seen much better days. Needed to speak to someone at the end of the stay and no one there to speak to.

Ubicación: muy bien comunicado, tiendas, lugares de interés y restaurantes cercanos. Habitación: pequeña pero con lo necesario para estancia corta, grandes ventanales con buena vista, limpieza excelente, amenidades de baño de buena calidad. Servicio: check in rápido, acceso por llave inteligente, servicio de guarda equipaje en lockers post check out sin costo adicional. Espacio de uso común muy agradable con agua, café y té de cortesía. Sugerencias: tener dos densidades de almohadas (las dos opciones que tienen son muy altas). Verificar el funcionamiento de la puerta de baño, no corre con facilidad.

The rooms are very small, and the service is poor. There’s no reception desk before 2 PM, and the entrance is secured with a PIN code. If you arrive before then, you won’t be able to get in or leave your bags, unless you happen to get lucky and another guest opens the door for you.

Small, efficient room, but great value. Clean and great location.

Was here for 4 nights. Would not stay here again in summer, a/c was terrible room running at 27c with a/c set at 16, was given a small oscillating fan, yet the a/c in reception was superior, I ended up sitting there a few times to try and beat the heat. The other thing is reception is only manned from 2pm to about /am, Good location

Si vous êtes valides et voyagez léger, c’est l’hôtel idéale pour vous. Un seuil pour rentrer dans l’hôtel, 6 marches pour atteindre le niveau zéro de l’ascenseur, un parking payant non intégré à l’hôtel rendent l’arrivée dans l’hôtel difficile. Cependant les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres. Je vous souhaites un bon sommeil
