Absolutely treated like a king & queen at this Palace of a hotel! Very hospital, clean rooms & maintained daily! Super service! One of the best meals we had in Seville for my husband’s birthday, compliments to the chef! There is so much attention to detail in this home from home, it truly is a stunning place. Service is above ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if not more! Excellent! Thank you for a very memorable stay & unforgettable experience & making this a truly magical experience for my husbands birthday. The Room! Wow, stunning, separate room with a bathroom area, standalone bath tub & the showing was outstanding with jet sprays! Honestly, everything was perfect & an ideal location for everything too! My review would be 5 stars for everything. The staff on site at the hotel were so wonderful. However, hotel management I would say also falls under this category. This unfortunately brings down this rating. I had a miscalculation of my return dates, and accidentally booked an extra night of my stay. I noticed this a couple of days before my departure. I contacted both CoolRooms and Expedia to get a credit back to my credit card. The management offered a credit for another stay with coolrooms. Which is not a possibility since I have no idea if I’ll be back to Spain. The next was to offer me a compt dinner meal. Which is nothing equivalent. 50 euro maybe compared to about 500 euro for a night stay. Which I chose not to take. I checked, and other premium rooms were available to book that evening. So a full booking couldn’t be a good reason. “Policy” was used as reasoning. Which exceptions can be made in “policy” reasoning when an honest mistake is made I believe. It is unfortunate that crediting my original payment could not be accommodated. Thus, reflecting on my 3 star review.

A fantastic hotel. Its a former palace in the town - not a huge sprawling complex but a palace nonetheless. Has an beautiful grand marble-laden entraceway and courtyard with a fountain, room was spacious/luxurious. There's a second outdoor courtyard area for drinks/breakfast, roof terrace with loungers, a small pool and views over the city, and small but lovely spa in the basement. If that wasn't enough you're a 10-15 minute walk through charming windy streets to the Santa Cruz/Cathedral district in the heart of Seville.

Lots of attention to detail, high quality toiletries, hair straighteners and hair dryer provided, even an umbrella.
