Fantastic location, very comfortable bed, spa facilities good we had an amazing massage. Staff friendly and helpful and a special thanks to Miriam who spent time explaining places to visit and booked us a wonderful resturant for our anniversary. Highly recommend a visit.

Sadly our stay was a disappointing experience. We have stayed before in 2017, when the hotel was newly opened, and it was a fantastic experience so we thought we would stay again, now in 2026. Sadly the hotel is now run by some "Cool Room" hotel group, and it has totally changed the quality, experience and service of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are expecting a 5 star stay!!

The property is beautiful with a historic angle. Service is top notch and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. All around excellent experience and part of the reason we fell in love with Sevilla :)
