Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments . You put money on them so you don’t have to carry card or cash you can upgrade for meals on restaurant and drinks at bar for 10% off also ice cream bar great service

I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good.

I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it.

Impressive hotel . Very clean nice decor , well maintained . Comfortable with great amenities . Lots of areas to sit comfortably and chill . Nice pool area . The room we had was huge very impressed . All in all a very good stay here and would recommend . The only thing I would say is it is a bit away from main areas of night life and main centres but if you want a quieter area it would suit you . Loved the glass lifts going up to 42nd floor great views .

Rooms a bit dated and found fake nail on the floor, ash on the balcony rail and cleaner left cloth in room. Staff always busy and didn’t show much service. Breakfast was average quality but was ok. The hotel is not a four star whatsoever. Good sized pools and not too far from the beach. If you get a good deal then it’s not too bad otherwise wouldn’t.

The music in foyer was loud which made everybody talk even louder to be heard. It was still going in the evening when the live music in the bar started. Not a good sound. Shower gels not replenished each day. There for 3 nights and 2 people having 2 showers a day there was only enough for 1 day. Only had breakfast. Good selection but not very hot.

Hotel worth a visit if you want quite area. Is a bit out of the way if you want more entertainment though bus run up to 11 at night. Staff were very helpful and if late pick up you can use a room for 30 min to freshen up before journey home.
