Spa was far too expensive, lifts almost never worked, too few out-of-hours check in staff in reception, poor food

Horrible séjour. Le personnel était tout simplement désagréable, aucun sens du service. Dès la première nuit, j’ai dû demander à changer de chambre car des individus s’introduisaient sur mon balcon. Impossible de communiquer correctement avec l’hôtel : personne ne parle français, et le personnel ne fait aucun effort. Après plusieurs plaintes, on m’a enfin changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner ? Immense en apparence, mais très peu de choix et un goût vraiment médiocre. Les ascenseurs sont une catastrophe : interminables à monter ou descendre, et il y a énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel, jour et nuit. Franchement, cet hôtel a complètement gâché mes vacances. Si vous tenez à passer un bon séjour, fuyez. C’est une vraie arnaque.

Hemos estado genial, en general muy muy bien. Un trato estupendo, alguna que otra cosa un poco subida de precio pero una relación calidad/precio razonable con el porte de este hotel. Sin duda 100% recomendable

We had a great time in Gran Hotel Bali for 5 days ,an unexpected experience. Excellent quality of services. I would like to return in the future.

Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments . You put money on them so you don’t have to carry card or cash you can upgrade for meals on restaurant and drinks at bar for 10% off also ice cream bar great service

Esperaba algo mucho mejor para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas,el desayuno muy biueno pero la comida y cena mediocre,no hay mucho donde elegir, la falta de personal en los servicios de comida y cena,lo que no entiendo es que tenga cucharillas de plástico, pará un hotel de esta categoría. Respecto a las instalaciones están están un poco obdoletas ,las habitaciones.

Personnel, accueillant et très sympathique, et à l’écoute, les chambres sont très vieillotte, un gros rafraîchissement est nécessaire, les salles de bain également. Sinon vu depuis la chambre magnifique sur la plage, nous étions au 41e étage. Demi-pension pas assez de choix et qualité moyenne.

I’ve enjoyed my holiday at Gran Bali hotel Benidorm. Cleanliness and comfort. Given a sea view as requested and the view and room were very pleasant Restaurant was clean and staff helpful if needed. Only issue was the long queues to buy a drink in the island bar. Especially in the late afternoon. Only 1 staff making coffees. Cocktails and other drinks taking time before you can be served. I can imagine this will be worse when hotel full. Staff were pleasant though. No signs to say where the spa is . Prices were on display which appeared expensive Entertainment was missing but out of season and we wanted a peaceful holiday. Public bus and taxi to the Old Town cheap. A few miles out or an hour walk. Beautiful and clean beaches and promenade Hot Food as other reviews tends not to be. But there is plenty of choice and plentiful. Especially breakfast was very good.

Hotelli sijaitsee kivalla rauhallisella alueella, mutta huoneeseen kaikui musiikki pitkin yötä ilmeisesti hotellin ravintolasta, mikä vaikeutti nukkumista. Huone oli hieman kulunut mutta siisti. Plussaa monipuolisesta aamupalasta. Keittiöhenkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja sain kysymällä gluteenittomia tuotteita: lämmitettyä leipää ja erilaisia keksejä, gracias!

Nos ha gustado pero necesita una renovación en las habitaciones. Las camas son MUY pequeñas, por no decir que de forma natural te asignan camas separadas aunque reserves con tu mujer. Para la ducha un sobre con jabón, no hay jabón en la ducha de recarga. El aislamiento entre habitaciones es mínimo, escuchábamos todas las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado. La limpieza excelente y personal muy amable.

Llegamos a las 7 de la mañana y quien estaba en recepción ni se levantó. Nos dijo que el cheking a las 9 y media. Llegamos y nos dicen que esperemos a las 10 y luego nos dijeron que a las 12. Buffet normal y los vasos para los zumos del desayuno protestó mucha gente por lo sucios que estaban. Las habitaciones podrían renovarlas

Es un alojamiento que sobre todo sorprende por las vistas panorámicas que ofrece. Le resta sin embargo la imagen anticuada de las habitaciones e instalaciones.

El hotel bien,habitaciones necesitan reformas, esta noche hacia aire y la ventana no cerraba bien y hacia muchísimo ruido, la colcha cama rota, muebles muy rotos,comedor excelente comidas bufet gran variedad y muy bueno.

45 Minuten in Schlagen zum Einchecken gestanden. 10 Minuten noch mal zum Einchecken. Maulige Herren an der Rezeption und im Cafe. Frühstücksbüfett zu wenig Toaster. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ausreichend Fahrstühle, Reinigungsservice optimal, Zimmer sauber..... Leider spricht keiner Deutsch.
