巴厘大酒店

Langsomt internet. Slog det ofte fra og brugte mit eget mobildata. Der var 7 elevatorer, men alligevel stod man alligevel ofte i kø. Der var et par dage hvor 4 af dem var i stykker, så vi måtte gå ned fra 21. etage. Mine ben var helt ødelagt resten af ferien på grund af det. Den ene dag havde rengøringen også rykket sengebordet hen foran stikket hvor mine opladere til mobil og smartwatch sad i, så mine opladere blev bøjet og ødelagt. Personalet var til tider lidt svære at forstå, så vi opgav lidt at kommunikere med dem, og prøvede mest muligt at klare os selv. Morgenmaden havde fået rigtig positive anmeldelser, men vi var skuffede. Udvalget var ikke så godt, og det der var, så ikke særlig lækkert ud. Det var enten for tørt eller for vådt.

Habitacion reformada, buena ubicación

I stayed at the Gran Bali hotel to attend The Alocubano Salsa event, that was being held there. The hotel was good, my room was a twin which i was unsure about on arrival as the room was very warm. Once the aircon was adjusted i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very spacious being the end room i also had huge window space and amazing views. The staff were helpful, i had asked the reception to send maintenance to investigate a bird noises i thought were in aircon unit. The engineer came to the room within an hour. I had booked a full board stay, the food was adequate, some nights better than others. There always plenty to eat, and a fair amount of choice if youre vegetarian or a meat eater. Im not vegan so im not sure if that was good. The hotel was big, the lifts were always in use but slow cause the amount of ppl staying.

Utländska personalen var trevliga och service inriktade. Spansk personalen vid lobby var otrevliga och ointresserade. Rummen hade dålig luftkonditionering/kvalitet. Hissarna var långsamma och tajta. Maten var katastrof, var över 15 personer som blev matförgiftade

Rommet var bra, men lå i den lille bygni gen, ikke poolview. Rom i høye bygning mot basseng er bedre....fordel med liten bygning ingen kø i heisen

Impressive foyer & lovely reception staff. Great breakfast, English sausages, hash browns & even black pudding. Nice big room although a bit dated. Comfy bed

Great place to stay, I didn't max out the all inclusive, far from, but defos worth paying for it, 3 places to eat that I'm aware of, really nice place, friendly staff, not lots to do around the hotel, I think 2.5 miles to Benidorm centre, nice walk, is bus service as well, outside the hotel though.

No te dan apenas información algunos trabajadores en el comedor no están a la altura contestan mal escaso buffet y las habitaciones poco limpias

Vistas espectaculares, habitaciones muy antiguas, necesitan una renovación

It is the second time i come at Bali Hotel. My little daughter loves Bianca from the animation team. A lovely place and a a great spirit from all the people there. The old boss giving presents every night to the kids is such good feeling. He is old an i hope i will find him again when i visit Gran Bali the next years.

Spa was far too expensive, lifts almost never worked, too few out-of-hours check in staff in reception, poor food

Tutto perfetto , dallo staff al cibo alla piscina , posizione ottima . La stanza silenziosa e grande

Horrible séjour. Le personnel était tout simplement désagréable, aucun sens du service. Dès la première nuit, j’ai dû demander à changer de chambre car des individus s’introduisaient sur mon balcon. Impossible de communiquer correctement avec l’hôtel : personne ne parle français, et le personnel ne fait aucun effort. Après plusieurs plaintes, on m’a enfin changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner ? Immense en apparence, mais très peu de choix et un goût vraiment médiocre. Les ascenseurs sont une catastrophe : interminables à monter ou descendre, et il y a énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel, jour et nuit. Franchement, cet hôtel a complètement gâché mes vacances. Si vous tenez à passer un bon séjour, fuyez. C’est une vraie arnaque.

Hemos estado genial, en general muy muy bien. Un trato estupendo, alguna que otra cosa un poco subida de precio pero una relación calidad/precio razonable con el porte de este hotel. Sin duda 100% recomendable
