Primera vez hospedandome en un hostal y la verdad que estuvo mejor de lo que pensé. Muy limpio, comodo, espacioso. Baño privado, la chica en recepcion muy amable y cordial. Ubicacion muy buena y en general todo estuvo muy placentero. Lo recomiendo mucho y espero volver pronto a Madrid y por supuesto volveria a hospedarme en este lugar.

The location is perfect ! loved the neighborhood. close to shops and restaurants, transportation and things and places to see. Happy to have the elevator. The room was good, nothing to make complaints about - our room was quiet, it faced the inside courtyard … but mentioning coffee is for a small fee in the “lobby” , I would have preferred a softer pillow and a few amenities, I would have also preferred softer towels. Our room was small but cozy. The staff was kind, we checked in early for a small fee.

The room itself was very clean and location was great for the price. However beds werent very comfy and the noise coming from slamming doors and people chatting outside the room until 2am in the morning made it difficult to sleep

Nice place to stay. Very central and when you close the windows, it’s very quiet. The people are very friendly. We would be happy if they were a little frig to put are water bottles. But overall everything was OK and also the price for the localisation

I had a deeply disappointing stay at this hotel in August 2025, primarily due to the air conditioning being completely non-functional. With temperatures soaring outside, the room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep or relax comfortably. I informed the front desk multiple times, but the staff seemed indifferent !

The hostel is in a great neighborhood, the plaza is lively, the views are phenomenal. The building is old and unique with wooden staircase and ornate railings. There is an elevator too. The hostel is very clean with large rooms. Staff speaks English and is very welcoming. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed it.

I was traveling with my 83 year old mother. There was a step up into the bathroom and you had to step into the shower. It was not safe for her to use the shower. A suction cup grab bar was provided but it was not stable and she was worried of falling. We only had sheets on our beds when we arrived. We asked for blankets and we were told none could be provided to us. I was shocked. I was able to get one large blanket for my mother. Only after contacting Expedia was I able to get a small blanket for myself that would be suitable for a 2 year old child. All other amenities had to be paid for (small fridge and safe). The location was good but was not good value for money. I paid for a balcony that we could not sit on. Our room wasn’t cleaned in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend a hotel to my fellow travellers.
