The staff were very helpful. There is a locker to keep your belongings while you wait to check-in if you arrive early or need to checkout and stay late. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is ok, but on repeat. Walking distance to sagrada and many other sites.

This hotel provided all we look for: clean, quiet, everything worked as it should: a/c, great shower pressure, drainage. The breakfast had enough variety. The location was great for us; close enough to walk to most attractions (we like to walk a lot) but it feels like a more normal neighborhood than in the heart of the touristic old town. There were many great choices for restaurants within a few blocks in every direction. No complaints!

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist sites such as the Sagrada Familia and Casa Battlo. It is well-suited for professionals who are looking for a corporate style hotel. The room was clean and large enough since I had booked a double room. Staff, except for Sunday late afternoon arrival employee, who seemed irritated when I asked how to use the vending machine and other questions - all other staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet was good, though missing lettuce to go along with the vegetables, except on Fri and Sat.

Good room, clean, good air con. The bathroom was modern and had good touches like the shower gel /shampoo etc. good location and easy to get to, no issues with checking or checkout. Breakfast was good but for me as a vegan wasn’t the best - there was minimal things I could eat on the buffet. Although there was soy milk available which was a bonus, not many options in the actual buffet. But we only stayed for 1 night so wasn’t a big deal. Liked the hotel and good value for money.

We had a very good stay at this Hotel. The location was perfect for our needs. It was a 10 minute walk to the Church and nearby metro station. The breakfast was adequate for our needs. The Hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the hotel front desk staff were not that friendly.

Staff was not overly friendly and we had a homeless woman come into the hotel and throw pastries at one of us at breakfast. They did help us with finding activities. Room had lots of traffic noise and elevator outside our room made a lot of noise.

Decent location. 12 mins to segrata familiar by foot. Room is comfortable. Only problems are internet was down the 3 days we were there and A/C was always off at night after we returned to our home and we had to inform the front desk to turn on our A/C
