The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only downside for me was the body pillows instead of regular pillows. But the people we travelled with liked them. There was also 2 complementary bottles of water in the fridge. It has a wonderful rooftop patio with a view of the Sagrada Famiglia, which is about a 15 minute walk away. There are restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store and wonderful place to get pastries, sandwiches and coffee (Teixido) a 2 minute walk dune the street. They also have secure luggage lockers for use to store your luggage. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room with a king sized bed. Clean. Towels were big and not like other typical small towels at other hotels. Lobby staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions to local sights. A couple of free water bottles as a welcoming gift.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked which was very nice. Good location about a 12 minute walk to Sagrada Família. Many supermarkets nearby which was great. Good food options nearby as well. Could hear people talking in Nextdoor rooms. Did not try breakfast since there were many spots around.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It’s very centralized and easy to walk to a lot of sites. The staff was very polite. But the big downfall for me was the walls are paper thin. I heard every mumble, step, sneeze, and conversation from my hallway neighbors and the people outside. Not the worst but also not ideal all the time.

The property and staff were great. I will strongly recommend to double check your dates before making a reservation because even if you realize the mistake the next day... you won't get your money back. So highly recommend the hotel and staff but the company making decisions has no heart.

The hotel and room are old but cleaningness is acceptable. There is a luggage locker for storing luggage, but need to put a $2 euro as deposit. The environment near hotel is dirty to me, but walkable distance to Sagrada familia
