Staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel in itself needs some care. The breakfast was an additional charge, but was worth it. Location was unbearable- could ignore the imperfections.

The property is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and a number of museums. There is an Irish pub within a minute walk. The condition is okay, and it gets cleaned everyday. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was we got harassed by one tall cleaner who came to our room and asked if we require “personal” service. We got very uncomfortable as we were two women traveling together.

We got there at 11 a.m. and had checked in, and have requested a street facing room with balcony. We were told it willbe ready by 2, whne we got back at 4, we were not given the room we were told, and we were told that the room that was already assigned to us, was given to someone else. so we were in a small room, and the air con wasn't working, we called the staff to have it checked, he tried and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, this was already past 9 pm. the staff said he would call maintenance, only to find out that they are off for the day, so we didn't have air con all night. with the check in confusion, we were told to bring our luggages to the reception by 11 am the next day so that they can check if they can transfer us to a street fronting room, which we did, and they did transfer us. we asked the manager on duty about these incoveniences (air con issue and the check in issue), at at least free breakfast, but they denied us, the told us that there was not problem with the air con, this is even after the staff had checked it out and it wasn't working and this is after the staff admitted that the room that was assigned to us already was given to someone else. we were just asking for free breakfast which was $15/person, and for the incovenience we encountered, it was given to us. My wife has recommended this hotel to me as she stayed at this hotel in 2023, with a group of 6 people. We are DEFINITELY NOT going to stay at this hotel again.

We got there early and were told we would get our room a 14h. So we left our bags at the reception and when we got back passed 14h the room was still not ready. We came back for nothing, we had to wait until passed 16h.

Room was far too small and in poor condition. Bed too close to the door which meant you couldn’t fully open it to enter the room. Bathroom door didn’t close. No opening windows for ventilation.

oh my god this hotel is the worst to sleep. You can heard the noises across the walls. The housekeepers and the guess slaps the doors early in the morning and the guess talk super loud and the dogs barking can’t let you sleep not mentioning that you can hear all the toilets and water coming out of the faucets. So yes it is ideal if you want to be like a zombie and sleepless nobody will be able to sleep. Also people at the front desk needs to be more informed about other countries passport because they didn’t want to check me in with my passport card, instead the keep asking me for the book which I didn’t have at that moment.

Old refirbished building in need of new update two single beds? We ordered a double . Close to central area. Gluten-free pre packaged breads croissants, muffins were excellent. Breakfast buffet, not so great under cooked bacon and sliced hot dogs? Pastries and donuts good. Lunch meat,and cheese ok.Dirty floor.

Habitación pequeña, pero justo lo necesario. Cuenta con televisor no muy moderno, caja fuerte, cafetera y secador de cabello. Necesita tener mas enchufes accesibles. Tuve problemas con las baterías del TV y la caja fuerte, avisé en recepción y me resolvieron. Solicité más almohadas y me las hicieron llegar. La cama no es tan cómoda, pero con las almohadas extra, pude dormir mejor. Me arreglaban la cama y cambiaban las toallas a diario, pero no barrían, ni cotejaban que los productos estuvieran llenos. Me quedé sin body wash y no le hicieron refill. Podría incluir una plancha para la ropa. Me tocó habitación sin vista, podía abrir las ventanas, pero me topaba con ver personas en sus apartamentos del edificio contiguo mientras lavaban ropa o fregaban.

Location was perfect and reception and breakfast areas were good. Unfortunately our room (112) was nothing like the website photos, it was cramped, dark and had some cracked floor tiles. Perhaps there are better rooms somewhere else in the building?
