ホテル イルニオン アルミランテ

家族3人で利用しました。エキストラベットが追加されていましたが、十分な大きさで問題ありませんでした。立地が素晴らしく、地下鉄駅にも近く観光し易かったです。窓は二重窓で非常に静かでした。フロントスタッフの対応もテキパキとして問題ありませんでした。

立地が良い。建物そのものか古いので設備は仕方がない。 清掃やスタッフ、クリーニングの対応は良い。

ネットのホテルの写真では、バスタブが写ってましたが、シャワーだけの部屋 でした。フロントと交渉しましたが、どうもバスタブ付きの部屋は無さそうでした。

カタルーニャ広場の近くで立地がよい割りに部屋も広々としていて良かった。

バスルームの匂いが腐った泥の匂いがきつく耐えられない、部屋の窓が小さくしかも開かない（部屋の中が朝でも薄暗い）、清掃用の道具置き場が一日中開けっ放しになっている。 耐えきれず途中でチェックアウトし残り宿泊分の料金の払い戻しをリクエスト（後日メールで回答するとの返答）したにも関わらず全く連絡なくこちらから何度もメールを送り対応をお願いしても無視。今までに宿泊した世界の様々なホテルの中で本当に最悪のホテルです。良いのはロケーションのみ。絶対におすすめしません。このホテルは折角のバルセロナ旅行が最悪の気分になります。 Definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Bad smelling of the bathroom, small windows which can not be open (always dimly lit room), always opening staff room, no response to my claim email for refunding more some days charge (I checked out 1st day of 3 nights staying in spite that three are remaining 2 nights booking bcs this hotel was disgusting. I already paid, and request to consider refunding many times, however no response by the hotel managers and receptionist.) Terrible hotel. I definitely DON'T recommend to stay this hotel. Take care!

Very good location. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.

バルセロナ市内を回るには便利 ホテルでゆっくりしたい方にはモノ足りないかも 私たちは寝るだけだったので問題なかったが日本のホテルに比べるとアメニティーはシャンプー&コンディショナー&ボディーソープくらい スリッパやガウンや歯ブラシは持参 ただシャワーの水圧やお湯の立ち上がりはGOOD

ホテルの立地はとてもよかったです。 部屋の壁が薄いのか、話し声がまる聞こえでした。 フロントの方は、とても感じよかったです。

ロケーションは抜群ですが、部屋が古くて暗い。灰色の壁でベッドしかないような作り。窓を開けたら廃墟のような建物が見えて日がささないのでどんよりした気分になりました。また、トイレが壊れていて水の垂れ落ちる音が一日中してました。

Making the restaurant operational would be great.

L’équipement de l’appartement, l’emplacement et le calme (côté cours) nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Cependant, les petits déjeuners méritent d’être améliorés à mon sens

Staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel in itself needs some care. The breakfast was an additional charge, but was worth it. Location was unbearable- could ignore the imperfections.

The property is in a great location, close to the Cathedral and a number of museums. There is an Irish pub within a minute walk. The condition is okay, and it gets cleaned everyday. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was we got harassed by one tall cleaner who came to our room and asked if we require “personal” service. We got very uncomfortable as we were two women traveling together.

Staff was very courteous.

Excelente hotel

We got there at 11 a.m. and had checked in, and have requested a street facing room with balcony. We were told it willbe ready by 2, whne we got back at 4, we were not given the room we were told, and we were told that the room that was already assigned to us, was given to someone else. so we were in a small room, and the air con wasn't working, we called the staff to have it checked, he tried and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, this was already past 9 pm. the staff said he would call maintenance, only to find out that they are off for the day, so we didn't have air con all night. with the check in confusion, we were told to bring our luggages to the reception by 11 am the next day so that they can check if they can transfer us to a street fronting room, which we did, and they did transfer us. we asked the manager on duty about these incoveniences (air con issue and the check in issue), at at least free breakfast, but they denied us, the told us that there was not problem with the air con, this is even after the staff had checked it out and it wasn't working and this is after the staff admitted that the room that was assigned to us already was given to someone else. we were just asking for free breakfast which was $15/person, and for the incovenience we encountered, it was given to us. My wife has recommended this hotel to me as she stayed at this hotel in 2023, with a group of 6 people. We are DEFINITELY NOT going to stay at this hotel again.

Camera piccola. Letto matrimoniale stretto. Finestre affacciano su cavedio interno orribile. Soggiorno 31 ott - 2 nov. NESSUN SERVIZIO PULIZIA in camera il sabato 1 nov. Bollitore con spina irraggiungibile, ho dovuto metterlo in terra per collegarlo sotto la scrivania. Sconsigliato considerato il costo. Unico vantaggio la posizione centrale

We got there early and were told we would get our room a 14h. So we left our bags at the reception and when we got back passed 14h the room was still not ready. We came back for nothing, we had to wait until passed 16h.

The AC was nice and cool and balcony in our room was a plus. Room was always clean and the front staff especially Pablo was very helpful and and tried to answer all our question.
